Denise Richards and Nikki Sixx Romance is Over

Actress Denise Richards has reportedly split from rocker Nikki Sixx after just a few weeks of dating.

After reports that the pair had split up surfaced Saturday, Us Weekly says a source in Richards' camp confirmed the reports but also said that the couple were never that serious to begin with.

"It's crazy how this is being made out to be some big breakup," says the source. "They were never exclusive or serious to begin with! I could count on my hand how many times they went out. They decided to try it, and she was not interested. That's dating! This isn't some big, dramatic split."

Richards had invited Sixx to meet her ex, Charlie Sheen, over Christmas dinner.

According to the Daily Mail, while Richards went on a New Year's holiday to Hawaii with her two daughters, Nikki spent New Year's with his daughters in Mexico. The couple sent romantic tweets about each other during their trips.

Sixx tweeted, "Tell @DENISE_RICHARDS to get her butt to mexico, it soooo damn beautiful here.....oh i am here too..:)."

Nikki Sixx is one of the most real men on the planet, maybe if u took your head out of your black hole you could realize this. He had a rough life, donates money to help runaway children fix thier lives and conquered his own personal demon of drug addiction. He also came back from the dead and is among one of the greatest song writers ever, so popular infact that half of his work is uncredited because it was bought by other artists. The only person I could claim isnt a man, is the one gossiping about his personal life hidden behind an IP adress.

Denise is an actress. I have never heard of her performing music. She just started in a new series on TV. So she dated a guy for a few times - so what? It is the trash press that makes such a big deal out of anything these people do. She sure needs to gain some weight because she looks anorexic and it is not a good look on her.

I don't get the whole obsession with "bad boys", myself. Do the women drawn to them have low self esteem and think that they don't deserve better or something? This guy might do a lot for charity, etc., but he still acts like trash, IMO. Denise needs to be thinking about the kind of men she brings around her daughters, because the girls will end up emulating her. If they don't know any better because of not having been taught any differently, guess what kind of men they will bringing home someday? Usually, these kind of men go through women like their whiskey and a lot of them abuse the women they're with. Does Denise want this for her daughters? She needs to start setting higher standards for both herself and her girls, IMO. God knows that their father isn't teaching them any better. These kids need better role models for parents. Wake up and grow up, Denise.

He is a very good influence and does a lot of positive things for people so don't start bad mouthing him because of how he looks or that he's a rockstar. Jules: I am going by his personality, foul mouth, and fast lifestyle. He's a grown man who still acts like he's a teenager. He's hard around the edges and has questionable manners. Where in the world did I mention anything about his looks? I am going on how he presents himself to the world. He presents himself as a tough, womanizing, foul mouthed, ill-mannered grown man -- so how else am I supposed to see him, given his track record? He needs to grow up, already, and act like a grown man!
