Owen Wilson Is Going to Be a Father

Owen Wilson and his girlfriend Jade Buell are "happy" to be expecting their first child together, his rep confirms to Entertainment Weekly. And according to several online reports, the baby is due any day now!

Wilson is "very excited and involved with the pregnancy," a source tells Us Magazine. "He has been doing research and learning as much as he can. He's super into it and asks a lot of questions to make sure he knows what's going on every step of the way."

Wilson and Duell have been dating for more than a year. The 'Little Fockers' actor has previously dated Kate Hudson and Sheryl Crow.

What a horrible thing to say. The sad thing about it is I bet you thought it was funny. I know Owen will have a beautiful, healthy baby & have a very happy & fulfilling life. He rose above whatever problems he may have had. More than I can say for you.

Yes, that was a very low period for him a few years ago. But it looks as if he's perservered, and having a child "might" be the very thing he really needs in his life, well, in addition to a happy relationship. But I think having a child might make him very focused and attentive to his responsibilities as a parent. And I think he'll make a good dad.
