Source: Scarlett 'Devastated' by Ryan and Sandra's Budding Romance
By now, everyone has heard about the rumored romance between
Sandra Bullock and
Ryan Reynolds. That includes the actor's soon-to-be ex-wife,
Scarlett Johansson, who, I'm told by friends, isn't too happy.
"Scarlett is a deeply private person, who during her entire marriage was only ever seen and photographed with her husband a handful of times," a friend of the actress tells me. "Now, less than a month after they split that fool has gone and got himself photographed with [Bullock] on New Year's Eve of all days. Of course she is devastated."
Images showed up just over a week ago of Sandra and Ryan celebrating New Year's together at Bess Bistro, which Sandra owns in Texas, depicting the actress dressed as a flapper. A source at the time
told me that the two were leaning on each other for support.
Bullock's rep has insisted they are "nothing more than friends." But sources told
RadarOnline.com on Monday that the pair are "very much dating" and that they've even made a trip or two to her Jackson Hole, Wyo., getaway.
No one is suggesting that Sandra, who has clearly moved on from her split with
Jesse James, had anything to do with Ryan and Scarlett's downfall, but that hasn't made this any less painful for the 'Lost in Translation' starlet.
"Even if they are not a couple yet, this is very awkward for Scarlett. She too thinks of Sandy as a friend and hates the thought that Sandy is on team Ryan after the breakup, that is if she isn't already his girlfriend," an insider tells me.

I love Sandra and Ryan, i think they are both beautiful, cool, funny ppls. And I liked Scarlett also; however it was Scarletts walk away that pushed him away to Sandra who is mature enough to care for him.

Celebrity or not, we all should move on after failed relationships or marriages. If this is true so what?I'm not even sure why this has to be in the news, my neighbor got divorced and married her bestfriend of 15 years ...I don't recall that being in the news eventhough it was her ex husbands brother. I mean...seriously? Scarlett may be hurt now like most other partners would be but eventually will move on. So yeah let's just keep it going.

First of all, if Scarlett and Ryan are divorcing, why should she care who Ryan gets involved with? Its none of her business. Move on with your life Scarlett... Secondly, why are we continuously bombarded with the personal business of other people by the media? Isnt there any real news to report???

Just two more self absorbed Hollywood actors. Nobody there has any regard for anyone but themselves. They live in a "me first" society and the heck with anyone else's feelings. All of them are over pampered and over paid, just like athletes. I, for one am tired of reading about these people who think they have a sense of entitlement.

If Scarlett and Ryan are divorcing Sandra and Ryan have the right to be seeing each other. He can see anyone he wishes.
Who knows what really split Scarlett and Ryan up (differences no doubt). One always tries to get their way more than the other in most marriages. And ego is a big thing in Hollywood that also transpires into their marriages as well.

I agree. I think they just outgrew each other. The split was amicable & I doubt very much that Scarlett is devastated or even upset about Sandra & Ryan. Just the media buzz to drum up business.

It's over sweetheart- he has moved on. get over it. it was probably her idea to get the divorce too. Can't have it both ways!

Ever see the movie "Paparazzi"?
That pretty much sums up my thoughts on this. People talking about how their "sources" told them this, and that, causes as much damage as the worst truth behind the curtain. You, the writer, act as though you're attempting to support Scarlett...and yet you're presenting hearsay. That's about as damaging as the potential truth you're trying to portray...
This is why I don't blame actors who, pretty much, punch people in the face when they get too personal...because, quite frankly, I'd prolly kick media sources in the nuts too.
