Octomom's Doctor Could Lose His Medical License

The doctor who pulled off one of the most miraculous births in human history is now in a mess of legal trouble. Dr. Michael Kamrava, Octomom's fertility specialist, is reportedly in danger of losing his license to practice medicine after being accused of "gross negligence" by the California Medical Board. The accusation comes from Kamrava's handling of Octomom's reproductive treatment, according to RadarOnline.com.

The report says Jan. 27 will mark the verdict as to whether Kamrava's license will only be suspended or completely revoked.

Earlier this month, Radar reported that judge Daniel Juarez submitted his recommendation for review to the board after Kamrava implanted Octomom (aka Nadya Suleman) with 12 embryos, which led to her giving birth to her octuplets.

Kamrava reportedly apologized for this in a court hearing in 2010.

"At the time that I did it, I thought I did the right thing," Kamrava said at the hearing. "When I look back at it, even with all those circumstances, I was wrong."

Regardless, deputy attorney general Judith Alvarado insisted Kamrava "poses a risk to the health and welfare of the community" after the hearing.

Not only should her fertility Dr. lose his license but he should anti-up for the financial mess she's in, home, food, clothing, medical, dental, educating all those innocent children. Such an irresponsible thing for him to do. So much for the so called hypocratic oath!

Though I agree, the Dr should lose his license, I certainly do not feel it is his responsibility to raise and care for these kids financially. She indicated over and over she is the one that wanted all these kids and I feel it is only she, that should take that responsibility of doing so. I also feel that if any person is on welfare prior to a pregnancy, that the state should not be required to pay more welfare on any additional children, especially so with this amount. I too think, that there should be a limit (2, possibly 3)that any given parent can receive welfare for kids. Too many women are spitting out kids just for the welfare. I've heard of some people making more on welfare than hard working individuals out there in the workforce every day. It wouldn't surprise me though, if low life octomom will sue the Dr in order to get more money for herself. And...I do mean "herself", not the kids. That woman is one piece of crap.

Hallelujah! There is justice! Now if California would just raid his bank accounts and set up a trust fund for those children.....a trust account that would be 100% inaccessible to the Octomom herself.

He should lose his license and be made to pay the state of California restitutions for all the welfar octomom has been and will get

Instead of taking the medical liscense from the Dr. who inseminated the octomom, let him keep it to earn the money to pay for his mistake literally. Let his sentence be to support those children until they reach age 25,.....including a college education for each one. Also let him reimburse the state for any money already spent by the state and county on them.

Lose his license, yes but I don't think he should be liable for the welfare of the kids. She wanted them and ask for them knowing she couldn't take care of them. She thought these kids were going to make her rich and famous, BIG FAIL!!!!!

I do feel bad for all of those kids. In the long run, it is them that will pay for being born to this mother.
The doctor is just another fine example of a man who will do about anything for money. The title 'doctor' should be taken away, permently. While he has to pay, to help all of those kids he helped get here.
