They say all press is good press, so you'd think Charlie Sheen's recent personal troubles and their extensive coverage would be making network execs happy.

But CBS Entertainment president Nina Tassler told reporters that while the company is pleased with Charlie's work, they have "a high level of concern" for his well-being.

"How could we not [be concerned]?" she asked. "On a very basic human level, there is concern of course. This man is a father. He has a family."

Charlie was vacationing with ex-wife Denise Richards and their two daughters in New York when the actor had to be rushed to the hospital in a naked, drunk and confused state. Realizing he had some issues that needed to be addressed, Charlie hired a sober coach to help him stay straight. Recent allegations of Vegas benders and vodka shots, however, suggest Charlie's losing his battle to addiction.

Nina, the aforementioned CBS exec, said of Charlie's situation, "You can't look at it simplistically. Charlie is a professional. He comes to work. He does his job extremely well. The show is a hit. He knows how we feel. He knows the level of concern we have. Everybody is doing their job and things are continuing as planned."
