Paris Hilton Promises to Reveal the 'Real Me' on New Show

Does the world need another look into Paris Hilton's life? Well, it's coming whether you want it or not. The heiress-turned-reality star is heading back to the small screen on Oxygen Network's 'The World According to Paris.'

According to Entertainment Tonight, the new show will feature Hilton living her "real life," as opposed to the "character" she played in her first foray into realty TV with ex-best friend Nicole Richie, 'The Simple Life.'

"When I did 'The Simple Life' I was playing a character that I created, and I had no idea it would last so many seasons, so I had to continue doing that character, so I think people assume that's really how I am," Hilton told ET. "But when they see this new show they're going to see the real me." See the video inside.

Hilton will join her mother, Kathy Hilton, and new BFF, Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller, on the show.

"It's a show like I've never done before. I'm really letting cameras into my real life, and it's just a really all-access pass into what goes on," Hilton said.

And the "all-access pass" also applies to Hilton's love life, as cameras are not off-limits when it comes to dates with boyfriend Cy Waits. In case you forgot, the duo was arrested last summer in Las Vegas for cocaine possession, but things seem to have calmed down since then.

"He's very shy, so this is all very new to him," she said about Waits' on-camera presence. "But he loves me so much and supports me."

Hilton's new show is set to debut this spring on Oxygen. Will you tune in?

The real Paris? Does this mean without hair extensions and blonde dye, blue contacts, phoney tan and baby talk voice which is like listening to someone scrape their fingernails down a chalk board????? Not sure if the world is ready for the REAL Paris...

Paris must have watched some of those old shows she was in with Nichole. So now shes trying to cover her bot, by saying everyone can see the real me now.. She used to always say 'thats so hot.'
I cant imagine how she will be 'acting' in this show.
I am sure shes still as cluless as before, and dumb as a rug.
If shes improved herself at all, thats great. But she has a long way to go before anyone will want to be around her for more than a minute. Paris is one of the most immature woman I have ever seen, or met.

Wonder if Paris even knows who the "real me" is...she's lived a crazy life her whole 26 or whatever years. Although she can play it up cutsie innocent me like (which I think is charming), I figured she was sucha wreck her whole life that she wouldn't be able to define "real me" and she'd be messy as usual.

I had to go look up to see how old this chippie is .. she'll be 30 in a couple of weeks. Why would anyone want to watch a TV show about a geriatric woman with an eating disorder out on a drunken binge? She's about 5-7 years past the age where that would be considered "youthful indulgence". Now she's into the "that's just pathetic" stage. As a college kid said to me the other day, "I hate it when old people hijack the stuff that's meant for young folks. It's just gross!" He was talking about facebook ... but the same can be applied here.
