David CassidyDespite earlier reports to the contrary, former teen idol David Cassidy is now expected to enter a guilty or no contest plea following a drunken driving charge from November.

According to the AP, a Judge in Florida said the 'Partridge Family' star would most likely enter a plea without attending a court hearing. If this is the case, the 60-year-old will likely be sentenced Feb. 16.

Cassidy was arrested for a DUI in Fort Pierce, Fla., after a highway patrolman spotted his car weaving between lanes and nearly hitting another car. He told the officer he had a glass of wine at lunch, and that he also had prescription medication in his system. According to police reports, there was a half-empty bottle of Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon spotted in the car.

He was described as "unsteady on his feet" and failed several sobriety tests. Authorities say by the time he was taken in to jail, his blood-alcohol content was somewhere between 0.139 and 0.141, above Florida's legal limit of 0.08.

Last week, Cassidy was announced as a contestant on Donald Trump's 'Celebrity Apprentice.' The new season premieres March 6.
