Michael Lohan: Lindsay Passed All of Her Drug Tests

Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan has passed all of her drug tests since leaving the Betty Ford Center, her father Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.

"Lindsay is doing four or five tests a week, and she has passed all of them with flying colors," he said regarding the random drug tests his daughter must take since leaving rehab.

After completing rehab earlier this month, Lohan has been laying low and keeping away from the people and places that led her down a troubled path last year.

"She is serious about staying healthy and is avoiding all the old things she used to do," her father said. "She's doing really great right now."

Though she's been staying out of trouble, trouble seems to find her. After a former staff member at the Betty Ford Center accused Lohan of attacking her, and an official police report was delivered to a judge, it seemed like Lohan could face more jail time.

"Judge Fox read the report and put it back in Lohan's file," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline. "Right now, based on what he has read, he won't be taking any action against Lindsay."

Michael, I thought you were going to keep your mouth shut about Lilo. I guess if you don't say things about Lindsay, we wouldn't have to hear about her and her every move. Enough about her already.

Getting sober and staying sober is a battle, lifelong, relentless, difficult and I wish her the best. After the next hearing she will be on informal probation, essentially off the hook in a way. I hope she doesn't slip up but stays sober, healthy-- she looks great, you can't blame bad friends but then again sometimes you have to "clean house", trust me I know what I'm talking about.
