'Survivor' Winner Judson 'Fabio' Birza Arrested for Drugs

'Survivor: Nicaragua' winner Judson Birza, jokingly dubbed Fabio for his looks and locks during season 21 of the reality show, was arrested Wednesday on "suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance," TMZ reports.

Birza was stopped for skateboarding in the street, which is illegal in Santa Monica. Officers tell TMZ that Birza was acting strangely, evidently under the influence.

Birza was arrested and booked. TMZ has the mug shot.

Birza was apparently also hit for an unrelated DUI warrant and a probation violation. As of Wednesday evening, he was being held on $37,000 bail. We bet that $1 million in 'Survivor' winnings is about to come in handy.

Why am I not surprised....for someone smart enough to manipulate his way to winning Survivor he surely is a dumbazz..didn't take long for his true colors to show. Another waste...absolutely disgusting instead of being grateful and doing something positive he's doing drugs...duh

Grateful, you say, he won the cash fair and square by earning it! Who are you to decide what he should do with the money? Get a life! If he wants to do drugs and skate board, all of the power to him! It's his money! I'm sure that you are responsible with the money that you have made and I'm quite sure that you wouldn't want anyone else deciding just how you should spend yours?

He looks like a moron. I'm sure the money's already gone. I don't watch Survivor....another show about backstabbers. Agree with one of the posters above...not doing anything positive...going nowhere fast, I'm sure. Skateboarding? How old is he? 8? That's about how old I was when I was on one.

I'm 60 and still skateboard -- I call it excercise -- I started riding in '63 weighed in at 145 now I'm 148 - perhaps if more of us rode we wouldn't be such am obese country.

Perhaps another case of someone too young having too much money. I know it would have done me no good to have had a million dollars in my early 20s. Anyway, best wishes to Fabio, hope everything works out for the best. Can't wait for the next season of Survivor!
