Paris Hilton's Boyfriend Facing Felony Charge, Jail Time Possible

A criminal complaint was filed against Paris Hilton's boyfriend Thursday afternoon. RadarOnline.com reports that Cy Waits, also known as the heiress's arm candy, could be convicted of a felony charge and might even face jail time as a result of his August 2010 arrest.

On Aug. 26, 2010, Paris and Cy were pulled over in Las Vegas. Officers claimed the Cadillac SUV which Cy was driving had the smell of marijuana coming from it.

Paris' beau was then arrested on suspicion of driving under the influences of alcohol or drugs, and Paris faced the same charges after cocaine was found in her purse.

Paris ultimately struck a plea deal and received two six-month suspended jail terms, $2,000 in fines, 200 hours of community service and required entry into a substance abuse program.

Cy was fired from his job, which had a zero tolerance drug policy, and could be charged of a felony and two misdemeanors. With these charges, he could face up to four years in prison if convicted.

Cy's scheduled court appearance is Feb. 17 at Justice Court in Las Vegas.

Thanks for the thoughts. Paris Hilton is such an excellent performer. I love the way she performs. I like the lyrics of her songs. I am an avid fan of her. I think Paris Hilton tries to handle everything about her boyfriend’s case. But then I know she’ll help her boyfriend and she could not get rid of it. Thanks for the post.

After everything Paris has done, and Lindsay and a few others in hollywood, it gets tougher to trust the law. These people do the most crazy things, and get by with it. Lindsay is the first one I can recall, that had to end up paying for her stunts, only after several of them in the public eye. Its crystal clear that anyone with money, can get by with anything.
I have no sympathy for any of these fake people.
It will be sweet to see any of these kinds of people pay for what they do, for a change.
