Bristol Palin Has a New Boyfriend, Wants Levi to Sign Over His Parental Rights

Bristol Palin has a new boyfriend, and while the 'Dancing With the Stars' alum declined to name her new beau, she said she's "thrilled."

The 20-year-old daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin gushed about her new life in Arizona in a radio interview Monday morning, saying, "I love the town that I live in. I love my house. Tripp's happy. He's healthy."

Bristol admitted she's asked her ex-boyfriend Levi Johnston to sign away his parental rights to their 2-year-old son. "Have I asked him to change Tripp's last name? Of course," she quipped. "I've asked him to do that many times. Just sign over your (parental) rights. He just doesn't want to sign them over because it looks bad on paper."

She added that since her stint on 'Dancing With the Stars' Levi has "seen (Tripp) at most three times," and each visit lasted only a few hours. Bristol also brought up the possibility of a career in radio.

I was wondering when somebody was going to mention Todd's affairs. Then again, remember that Sarah had an affair with his business partner. Family values? Hardly. Now Bristol wants Levi to give up his parental rights. Family values? Hardly. She moves far away so that he can't visit his child easily. Family values? Hardly. The Palins haven't made it easy for him to see his son either. Family values? You know the answer.

Yeah, and it helps when there's a political person in the family who knows lots of judges and has lots of influence. Moving a child out of state and away from one parent isn't that easily approved by the courts. The only thing helping Bristol is the fact (if true) that they weren't married.

These self-centered Palins are enough to make you puke. Palin's ex may not wish to sign away all rights to being part of his son's life for very worthwhile reasons. LOVE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH "OWNERSHIP RIGHTS", Bristol!
It's bad enough she moved far out of state, but the best thing she could do for the sake of her son would be to cooperate with all attempts for the boy to know and love his dad, putting aside all selfish and immature motives. It doesn't sound to me like Bristol has made it easy for Lexi to see Tripp more than three times. What a spoiled brat! Can't dance, either.

She was in Alaska for 2 years. Did he spend time with him then? I don't remember hearing anything that he fought her or tried to make her stay in Alaska with him. I'm pretty sure if he did try to fight it we would have heard about it. I don't know their situation and I'll bet you don't either. So quit making judgements without facts.
