Elton John and Matthew MorrisonApparently, Sir Elton John has more than one reason to be "gleeful" these days. In addition to becoming a new dad to baby Zachary with partner David Furnish, John recently recorded a duet with Matthew Morrison for the 'Glee' star's upcoming solo album.

News officially broke three months ago that John would help Morrison, who plays glee club director Mr. Schuester. The two officially recorded the song this Monday to John's -- and we're sure, Morrison's -- delight.

"I just did it," says John in a Parade interview. "It's a duet. It's ... really fantastic. He sings great on it." The Rocket Man even revealed that their duet is a mashup of two songs from John's 1972's 'Honky Chateau.' "It's a medley of 'Mona Lisas and Madhatters' going into 'Rocket Man.'"
