Report: Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem Welcome Baby

It was a good day for Javier Bardem. Not only did the actor receive an Oscar nomination for his role in 'Biutiful,' he also welcomed a child with wife Penelope Cruz, according to reports.

The Spanish newspaper El Pais reports that the couple welcomed a baby at LA's Cedars Sinai Hospital, according to Us Weekly. Hola magazine followed up the report, claiming the couple had a baby boy.

The couple, who met on the set of 1992's 'Jamon, Jamon,' co-starred in Woody Allen's 2008 film 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona,' for which Cruz took home the Best Supporting Actress Oscar. They began dating in 2007, although they kept their relationship under wraps until after their secret wedding in the Bahamas in July 2010.

Cruz has referred to Bardem as "a friend and the best actor in the world."

Rumors of Cruz's preganancy began to swirl when photos of her sporting a prominent baby bump on the set of the latest 'Pirates of the Caribbean' film surfaced. Her rep confirmed her pregnancy last September.

No official details on the baby's gender or name have been released.

Congrats to them at least everyone is healthy which is all that matters the kid will have Dual citizaenship because they're Spanards and he was born here kind of like Elizabeth Taylor does in the US and England. as her parents were working in england when she was born mother Sarah a stage actress & father an art dealer. the family came back to the states when she was 8 years old to escape world war II and MGM signed her at age 10 later to be nominated for 5 best actress oscars 4 of which were consecutive and win 2

Hummm! Not sure how cute this baby is going to be as Javier is not exactly what one would call "Handsome." Awww! but all the same, All babies are "beautiful." Plus, look at Brad and Angelina's twins. One expected "gorgeous babies." Now with all the speculation that they had the appearance of down syndrome. Even recent photos, especially of the little girl keeps me wondering. Has anyone noticed how seldom pictures appear of them! I recently saw one in tabloid and it was if they were trying to hide the twins appearance with outsize hats. Surprising how few pictures of the twins are out there as this couple and their children are hounded by the media outlets 24/7.

Im sure the baby looks like some ugly bird. Just like penelope. She has an old lady face and some ugly looking nose,, As for him his disgusting looking as well. He looks like a wild boar
