Steve Carell is leaving 'The Office' early, but not before an on-screen reunion with his 'Anchorman' co-star Will Ferrell.

Ferrell will join Carell in the offices of Dunder Mifflin for a four-episode arc later this season, EW.com reports. Ferrell will play a branch manager who arrives from the home office and turns out to be just as incompetent as Michael Scott.

The show's Executive Producer Paul Lieberstein joked, "We found Steve Carell when he was nothing but a movie star, and we turned him into a television star. We are proud to continue 'The Office's' tradition of discovering famous talent, and we hope that once America gets a good look at Will, they'll see what we see: tremendous raw sexuality."

The funny men will be reunited for three full episodes, then Ferrell will have one solo once Carell makes his early departure.
