Camille Grammer Requesting Additional $10 Million In Case Kelsey Grammer Dies

Camille Grammer is requesting the divorce court grant her additional money should Kelsey Grammer pass away shortly after his marriage, and the sum demanded: $10 million.

Camille's lawyer, Neal Hersh, told the court that Camille was concerned that Kelsey's impending marriage to Kayte Walsh would affect her as Walsh would presumably receive some legal rights to property that is still subject to divorce proceedings between Kelsey and Camille.

Camille's objection was that should Kelsey remarry and then suddenly pass away, she would have to pay out of her own pocket for any litigation regarding his estate.

RadarOnline reports that Hersh is requesting Kelsey put money into a bond to cover any potential future court costs until the divorce case has settled with the suggestion that $10 million should be sufficient.

Hersh told the judge, "My client shouldn't have to litigate against the Mrs. Grammer-to-be-next. We're not in the gambling business."

Grammer's divorce from Camille Donatacci will cost the 55-year-old actor around $50 million. The couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, which means all earnings during the marriage will be split down the middle. During their 13 years of marriage, the couple amassed a fortune in excess of $100 million, most of which is in real estate.

Kelsey had filed to bifurcate his marriage to Camille, which means he wanted the judge to sign off on the divorce, something that is usually done when one of the parties wishes to remarry immediately.

It was reported last week that Camille filed a series of new documents with the court challenging the bifurcation, claiming that her pension expert wasn't given a chance to properly review Kelsey's fortune, including his Screen Actors Guild pension, which Camille claims she is entitled to a share of as there was no prenup.

Camille told PopEater's Naughty But Nice Rob Shuter that the 'Frasier' actor wants so badly for his children to attend his upcoming wedding, that he's willing to invite Camille if that results in his children seeing their dad say "I do" again.

Camille and Kelsey have two young children, daughters Mason, 8, and Jude, 6.

He better have a pre-nup with the new one. A British gal looking for millions and a green card. She'll be out of there once she gets both! After all, there are plenty of young men in Hollywood she can spend those millions on.

Yeah Camille GO FOR IT!!!!!! By the time the taxes and fees are paid out it dwindles down. I would chalk it up to another divorse if he wasn't such a p***k about it. Moving another woman in, getting her pregnant announcing to the world his love, and his desire to marry before he even divorsed. Good I hope she squeezes every penny out of him just like he squeezed all the dignity out of her. You can't help who you fall in love with but you can handle how it is publicly handled and Kelsey was a p***k about it. Good Camille I hope you and your children get it all!

To all of you who feel that Camille has been wronged and deserves half of his fortune; hopefully you all are aware of the fact that he was married for three years to his second wife when SHE happened to see Kelsey and CAMILLE in a tabloid posing for the cameras and protesting everlasting love. Camille was the OTHER WOMAN in that situation and had no problem whatsoever in taking Kelsey from his wife of the moment. She should have known. I don't feel sorry for her.

Does anyone think WHY he cheated... We only know that after almost a year apart, he cheated. BUT, what was going on before that.. She appears to be a real monster to get along with, and appears her only friends are the ones she pays for,( her employees). She didn't carry the birth of the kids. I really think there is a whole lot more to this then just him cheating.. and because he wants a quick divorce she is going to suck him dry... In the show, sure looked like she was single to me..

How much is enough? The man has moved on, your kids are set 4 life, so are you. Move on lady. Life is too short to be angry and bitter. You maybe the one who dies suddenly. I feel sorry 4 the kids. A parent should put the kids first and forget about getting each other back because you are hurt and angry grown up.

Mr. (old and over) Grammer needs to get over himself and realize that all precious Katye wants is his money as well. Protecting herself by getting pregnant is the first step.

At least Camille and he must have been in love at one time, since they were married for a number of years before they decided on children.

Precious Katye is the gold-digger here, not Camille. Hope Cammy gets MORE than she actually might deserve.

Kelsey has no excuse for being such a disgusting shameless excuse for a man. If Camille did not care about him, he would have died in hawaii 3 years ago. The lifeguards said he was suffering from the heat and he would be all right. She insisted so they called for an ambulance He had a heart attack on the way and they jolted him back to life then medivaced him to the hospital on Oahu. She sat by his side when he was hospitalized a year later for another attack and surgery. She was there for him for the many disppointments and disasters in his life. SO NOW THAT HE BETRAYS HER AND HUMILIATES HER AND THE KIDS SHE SHOULD BE SHOWN SOME RESPECT AND GET ALL SHE IS ENTITLED TO.
