'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood Accused of Harassing Ex's New Girlfriend

MTV's cameras may be finished filming the tumultuous relationship between 'Teen Mom' stars Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley, but the drama is far from over for the young parents.

Portwood is being accused of harassment by Shirley's new girlfriend, Ashley, who is allegedly filing a formal complaint against Portwood for her threatening behavior.

A source tells RadarOnline.com, "Amber kept calling and harassing Ashley, asking her to 'meet up' so she could 'beat her a**.'"

Portwood, who has lost and regained custody of her 2-year-old daughter, Leah, over the past year, may be looking at a host of new charges in addition to the felony and misdemeanors she was slapped with in November relating to an assault on Shirley captured by MTV cameras.

According to the Radar source, in addition to Amber's repeated harassment of Ashley, one of Amber's friends impersonated a police officer on the phone in order to intimidate her.

Finally, Ashley called the Anderson Police Department. "Ashley told the cops everything, including that Gary and Amber have been violating the 'No Contact Order' by talking, but the officer said either Amber or Gary would have to call about that for them to look into it," says the source.

Portwood, who has been accused of underage drinking in the past, reportedly "sounded wasted" during the harassing phone calls.

Despite Portwood's threats against her, "[Ashley]'s not going to back down from Amber ... she plans on going to Anderson [police] this week to make the formal complaint."

Throw her in jail & take that poor baby away from her. She is more than a train wreck, she is dangerous. Amber is NOT fit to be a mother. Please CPS take the baby away before something terrible happens.

This is a reality tv show? Really? teen mothers now have thier own show, and we're elevating what used to be called "white trash" to nightly entertainment????
I'm so glad I don't have cable. I don't even have the digital adaptor, and honestly, I really see no reason to get it, either.

Wow...the restraint this man has while he's being hit by this girl is unbelieveable. I hope this girl loses custody. This child should not be raised by this violent excuse for a mother.

Why hasn't social services stepped in to remove this child? The mother obviously is too violent to be trusted with a minor. Hopefully the child is removed before this girl turns her wrath on it and there is a funeral.

Why is this "Pig" and a piss poor excuse for a mother still on TV and not in jail and why hasn't Children and Youth Services taken her child away from her yet since this isn't the first time she has been in the news for being in legal trouble and she is a known violent criminal guilty of domestic violence as seen on TV? If this case had been about a man who would have never lasted this long and he would have lost his child to Children and Youth and he would be in jail or possibly under the jail depending on what state he was tried in!

To all of you people saying that this is trash TV...you all need to get a grip on reality. This is not trash, this is life. Young people are having sex at remarkably young ages nowadays and they need to know that raising babies is NOT a game of dress-up!

As far as Amber is concerned...I have seen her since 16 and Pregnant and trust me when I say that this girl needs some serious help with her anger and behavior. She DID lose Leah but got her back, unfortunately, Amber is not showing the proper behavior needed to hold onto Leah. I thinking that Gary should have full custody and Amber should only get visitation.

Thats poor little girl dont stand a chance at ever being, or having a normal life. All a child knows, is what they see and hear. CPS took the child away from amber, and gave the child right back to her, huge mistake.
Only if neighbors, and friends, keep talking to cps, will they take the child away again. I hope they do their jobs.
Every child is our responsibility, people dont turn your heads when you see a parent not doing their job. Tell someone in the possition to remove the child.
