Despite Charlie Sheen's trip to the hospital and a reported 36-hour cocaine bender with five porn stars, the 'Two and a Half Men' star doesn't seem to get why everyone else is freaking out about his dangerous behavior.
"I'm fine," Sheen allegedly wrote to RadarOnline on Friday. "People don't seem to get it... Guy can't have a great time and do his job also? Bunch of turds."
Despite this flippant attitude, Sheen's rep Stan Rosenfeld said the actor entered rehab voluntarily Friday afternoon. Then, the actor's rep told PEOPLE he actually checked into rehab on Saturday. "He was bombarded by every rehab in the country looking for his wallet and publicity, and he has been deciding where to go. With the help of friends and family, he finally agreed to go and went into rehab Saturday."
But according to RadarOnline, neither of those reports are true. The 45-year-old is refusing to enter rehab and remains holed up in his multi-million dollar Los Angeles mansion. Sheen is defying his inner circle who have all been encouraging him to seek help and get sober.
"He is at home now and those close to him are trying to get him to enter a facility, but he doesn't think he has a problem," a source says.
Report: Charlie Sheen Is Still at Home; Actor Refuses to Go to Rehab
By Rebecca Macatee Posted Jan 31st 2011 06:24PM
While experts and professionals are coming into Sheen's gated community to treat the troubled 'Two and a Half Men' star as a part of a compromise deal, one source says, "It's not rehab."
"Charlie doesn't think he needs help," a source adds. "He is still up until all hours of the night and is refusing to get (help) at an outside facility, all while those close to him-- including his dad Martin, family, friends and his employers CBS-- work to convince him he needs to enter a facility."
A close friend of the actor told PopEater's Rob Shuter that if 'Two and a Half Men's' ratings soar this week, Sheen will be back to work in no time to collect his substantial bonus to his $1.25 million per episode salary. "If ratings go through the roof again, as they did after Charlie's incident in New York, CBS and Charlie will be out again in no time and back to his old ways," the source says. "However, if the public finally stops rewarding Charlie for his bad behavior, then, and only then, can you expect him to take the situation seriously."

:= what bout his rich kids...god bless those angels!
kathy lee said his teeth r falling out due to the drug use. porn girls r gonna luv tat while he's eating their carpet.
If you think he's funny, you clearly have the mentality of a 5 year old.
He is white trash and thinks about nobody but himself. what a selfish cad he is, especially since he has kids to consider and obviously he cares nothing about them. He is one sick bastard, I say fire him and let him sink into the depths and rot...
piss on you charlie
its not the public who rewards him for his - oh so bad behavior, its his EMPLOYER (CBS) and his PUBLICIST. when he dies, and he will, they will be listed as contributors to his death...no person, should be paid that kind of money for anything, ever!!! silly fools...
I agree. As if no one knew he was wild???? That's what made him this be able to demand this high salary. That's his thing that was bankable. Plus he is reliable. Like they said "he is and ox" . He was still functioning. Much more than most of us.
Please. Give him credit for being himself, and hope that he reigns himself back in. How many people could handle that much money?? I don't think he could play that part if it was not an actual part of himself. The show should be called "Watch Charlie". Because that's what we do.. Admit it. We love him. Feel like we know him, but we don't. He is not that character, and the sooner he realizes that he will feel better. He does not need to impress us. We love him already. He needs to find love from within. The stuff you drink or take in does not help the emptiness.
Just my opinion. I never respond, but this caught my eye.
Is Hollywood THAT F'd up that nobody knows what the hell is going on?

They know what's going on - they just can't do anything about it. Until Sheen is READY to get better, nothing WILL get better. He has to WANT to get better, and he doesn't. Yet.
I often wonder if the drugs and porn stars are all for the publicity. I have no idea how he can go on like that and still be alive. Lots of coverups at the hospitals. I guess when he is finally dead, we will hear the real horror stories of what it was really like. He has aged twice as fast as anyone I know, just by looking at the 2 1/2 men episodes, and we know they cake on the makeup there. He still looks like hell!

Denise Richards knows the real truth about Charlie Sheen, she was married to him the longest-all be it, still a very short time, google his bio, he was even kicked out of high school, you can tell by the way Denise looks when she is asked about Charlie, even before these last two episodes, that what goes in the Sheen home, is very ugly, and disfunctional-the porn was one of her reasons for divorce.
He obviously doesn't care what happens to himself, so why should anyone else? Let this guy do what he wants and leave him alone. If he wants to die of a drug overdose, so be it. PS-he's extremely ugly. I don't see how ANYONE could find him attractive...in any way whatsoever. Just wanted to throw that out there.

I agree with you, but when you have that kind of money, some woman won't care he looks like.
Never mind his damn work, who gives a crap. He should be concerned about his kids, and the fact that they need their father and will always need him. What a selfish, pathetic, idiot who needs to grow the f up already.

His kids got such a raw deal. They're better off without him. Maybe he'll OD on his own soon, and we won't have to hear about him anymore. Never mind that his co-stars would be out of a job, but I doubt that thought ever crossed his mind (or what's left of it).
He is a waste of space on this planet and who decided to pay per episode, what would give back 20 forclosed homes to hard working families? CBS has no one to blame but themselves by encouraging the bad behavior because all other actors sign a morals clause in their contracts. The show i redundant crap and has been for a year, I don't watch it anymore, its just not funny.

I don't care what Charlie Sheen does in his personal life - it's none of my or anyone else's business. As long as he does his job and people can continue to enjoy the show, then the viewers have nothing to talk about...we are entiltled to nothing more.

He's gonna die!!
I find it a bit odd that EVERYONE knows he's a coke head, yet he doesn't get arrested or even a slap on the wrist. He continues to be paid a mil per episode, so that he can go spend it on hookers and drugs. That's fine and dandy as long as you keep it private, but when it's plastered all over the TV, magazines and internet, it's baffling to me that the police haven't intervened at all. How is this legal?!
Reply
Yeah, it seem habeas corpus (among others) rights only apply to the rich. Too bad all the other drug users can't afford an army of security (most former cops) to keep the police away.
To Hollywierd, it is all about the almighty dollar. Sure, they want to keep him alive, well, at least functioning. He is the big meal ticket and they have to keep him kappy so they just provide him with drugs, ho's, cover stories at hospitals, media folks and lawyers on retainer and cases of denial. Kind of Washington DC....West!
