Report: Charlie Sheen to Be Treated at Home?
Charlie Sheen has allegedly refused to go to rehab, so now the rehab is coming to him, according to the latest reports.
The troubled actor has decided to forgo a traditional rehab facility for a more personalized, private program, according to
PEOPLE.
"Charlie has put together a team that he trusts to help get him sober once and for all," said his manager Mark Burg.
Access Hollywood is reporting Sheen will work with a sober coach at his Los Angeles-area home instead of enrolling in an outside program.
Though reports claimed Sheen
voluntarily entered rehab over the weekend, there has been some confusion about whether or not the 'Two and a Half Men' star had actually decided to get clean. But Burg was quick to let everyone know the actor was committed to cleaning up his act.
"He was bombarded by every rehab in the country looking for his wallet and publicity, and he has been deciding where to go," Burg told
PEOPLE over the weekend. "With the help of friends and family, he finally agreed to go and went into rehab on Saturday."
Though his manager claims the actor is getting private help, it's anyone's guess as to what's really going on behind closed doors.
RadarOnline reports that Sheen has
refused to leave his home and enter rehab.
"He is at home now and those close to him are trying to get him to enter a facility, but he doesn't think he has a problem," an unnamed source said, calling any at-home treatment "not rehab."
When asked on Monday about reports claiming the actor has refused treatment, his rep cited the
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
"In compliance with the national health privacy laws (HIPAA), no further information relating to Charlie Sheen's health or his rehab experience will be released without his written permission," Sheen's rep, Stan Rosenfield, said in a statement. "I can say that all of us who know Charlie care about him very much. We will support him in any way we can in this journey, beginning by respecting his privacy."
Sheen's latest drama comes after a reported
36 hours of hard-partying that ended with a trip to the hospital for an alleged hernia. His CBS show, 'Two and a Half Men,' has gone on hiatus due to its lead actor's health issues.
According to Burg, CBS and Warner Bros., the show's studio, will "work around Charlie's sobriety schedule."
Watch PopEater's editors sound off on the actor's latest troubles below.

The studio is going to "work around his sobriety schedule." WTF? He'll be sober on Tuesday from 9 a.m. till 3 p.m. Let's get some work in then.

There are times when, even though your child is an adult, the urge to absolutely bust said child's butt is most overwhelming. It is my opinion that's exactly what good-time Charlie needs right now! Where's that razor strop?

pathetic loser.Donate money to a worthy cause not whats between your legs.

Since Charlie is a porn expert maybe he knows the answer to this question. When a male porn star is filling up his car with gas, as the tank is just about full does he pull the nozzle out and spray gas all over his car?

Charlie is a wacko with mental health issues

If Charlie could only see what we see, a soul lost.

You know with all the talk about his brief case full of coke, you would think the police would raid his home and he would be in jail. I think this is a load of crap.

I agree! This man belongs in jail! Look at what it did for Robert Downey jr.
brief case full of coke--blaaa blaaa blaaa its all a PR stunt to make more money--leave the guy alone and all these BS srories will stop
He should've been sent to jail this past December in Colorado. Since then he obviously believes that he is coated in teflon & can do whatever he wants without consequence because he has really fallen.

I not only love his show and watch on Mondays. I watch the reruns on two different cable networks.
He is my idol. All the women and parties, the life style.
Reply
Wow if he is your idol your standards must be very low. Lets see-he's an addict-he beats up on the women in his life-he is a poor example of a father for his daughters-thats some idol.
Oh yeah. Let him recover at home. Let the drunks drive to AA and let Linzey live with her dealer. It won't work. He hasn't got the discipline to make this recovery in an outpatient environment. He's proven that already.
He will not get well at home.

Just as I thought, Charlie dont want to go to rehab, hes not ready. Charlie is making big bucks for the net work, so thats all they see,is the money. charlie must have begin to sober up in the rehab, then walked out I bet. No one can make a person get clean, they have to hit bottom first, or get tired,of being tired. With Charlie's wealth, I dont see him ever getting sober.
And all of the bot kissing in his life, I see nothing but negative for him in the future.
I hope I am wrong.

Has he forgotten he has children? He is a selfish, self-centered man. May as well get him a hooker, a bottle of Jack and some cocaine and let him be done with it.
