Report: Charlie Sheen to Be Treated at Home?
Charlie Sheen has allegedly refused to go to rehab, so now the rehab is coming to him, according to the latest reports.
The troubled actor has decided to forgo a traditional rehab facility for a more personalized, private program, according to
PEOPLE.
"Charlie has put together a team that he trusts to help get him sober once and for all," said his manager Mark Burg.
Access Hollywood is reporting Sheen will work with a sober coach at his Los Angeles-area home instead of enrolling in an outside program.
Though reports claimed Sheen
voluntarily entered rehab over the weekend, there has been some confusion about whether or not the 'Two and a Half Men' star had actually decided to get clean. But Burg was quick to let everyone know the actor was committed to cleaning up his act.
"He was bombarded by every rehab in the country looking for his wallet and publicity, and he has been deciding where to go," Burg told
PEOPLE over the weekend. "With the help of friends and family, he finally agreed to go and went into rehab on Saturday."
Though his manager claims the actor is getting private help, it's anyone's guess as to what's really going on behind closed doors.
RadarOnline reports that Sheen has
refused to leave his home and enter rehab.
"He is at home now and those close to him are trying to get him to enter a facility, but he doesn't think he has a problem," an unnamed source said, calling any at-home treatment "not rehab."
When asked on Monday about reports claiming the actor has refused treatment, his rep cited the
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
"In compliance with the national health privacy laws (HIPAA), no further information relating to Charlie Sheen's health or his rehab experience will be released without his written permission," Sheen's rep, Stan Rosenfield, said in a statement. "I can say that all of us who know Charlie care about him very much. We will support him in any way we can in this journey, beginning by respecting his privacy."
Sheen's latest drama comes after a reported
36 hours of hard-partying that ended with a trip to the hospital for an alleged hernia. His CBS show, 'Two and a Half Men,' has gone on hiatus due to its lead actor's health issues.
According to Burg, CBS and Warner Bros., the show's studio, will "work around Charlie's sobriety schedule."

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! The headline must be a typo, right!? Charlie Sheen doesn't need rehab, he needs to hit bottom, like losing his lucrative acting career and the right to see his children. I figure we've all got about 6 months to a year before we read about the guy hanging himself in a closet...after a 2 day binge with cocaine and pornstar-hookers of course. :O)

He already signed away all parental rights...what does that say? What kid wants to grow up and find that out? And now he asked a porn star to babysit for him..can't even spend time with them when he does have them. Well, Denise has said NO MORE...the girls will never be allowed to be alone with him, you GO GIRL.
so now, the prostitutes bring the booze and drugs to his house instead of a hotel...and this helps him...how?

How spoiled getting treated at home. Be a real man and go into rehab and face people who have the same problem but doesn't have the same amount of money. Rehab won't do Charlie any good his problems go further than that. Watch in 3-6 months he'll be back in the news with more girls and drugs .

To the media: Please stop covering this moron.

With all the money Charlie Sheen is making ... he must have one heck of a good PR manager to cook up all these outrageous tales of drugs, sex, hookers, etc ... and to have him CONTINUE to work on that STUPID TV show! I'm sorry, Charlie, but you are a grade a number one LOSER ... you are a poor excuse for a father and an even worse excuse for a man.

So he is not doing rehab. CBS is disgusting for not firing him.
Apparently he is above the law and CBS.

Oh and aint he just so special. I'm afraid this isn't going to work, him deciding to quit and all. He'll probably do coke to get him up and take qualudes to bring him down. The sooner he dies "as he does have a death wish" the sooner all that money can go to better use!

At Home Rehab-how novel- this is but one of and endless number of reasons why Mr. Sheen will not get sober-ever- he has not admitted he is powerless- 1St step- he is actually showing he DOES have the power-ie:unlimited funds by dictating the so called recovery process-Whatever physician's are a part of this farce should be taken before the board to explain this charade

He is an imbecile and so are the show's producers if they continue disregarding the public's intelligence and patience. Charlie can be replaced and so can the show. While enjoyable - an audience tires of the constant flux. I say look for a sober replacement.
