Rihanna is known for pushing the artistic limit, but her new music video for 'S&M' may just top them all.

The video, directed by Melina Matsoukas, seems to have a pointed message to the media, as members of the "press" are shown bound and gagged while the singer is trapped up against a wall in plastic wrap during a press conference.

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton even makes a cameo in the video, albeit being led by the singer on a leash like a dog.

Rihanna can be seen in several provocative leather get-ups throughout the song, including shots of her dressed as an iconic Playboy bunny, ears and all.

The song's lyrics speak for themself: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me."

'S&M' is the third single from the Rihanna's platinum-selling disc, 'Loud.'
