'Chuck' Star Sarah Lancaster Is Married and Expecting

Actress Sarah Lancaster, who stars as the title character's sister, Ellie, on NBC's 'Chuck,' tied the knot with her long-term boyfriend, attorney Matthew Jacobs, on Saturday.

Lancaster and Jacobs, who dated for two years before getting hitched, exchanged vows in an intimate Southern California ceremony, PEOPLE reports.

The actress, who stars in the upcoming film 'The Good Doctor' opposite Orlando Bloom, had another piece of good news to share on her big day: She and Jacobs are expecting their first child together.

"It's a really happy time in our lives," the pair announced in a joint statement. "We are thrilled to be starting a family and our wedding weekend was simply perfect."

For the ceremony, the 30-year-old actress donned a thigh-skimming white Amsale dress, accented by her mother's pearl earrings and a gold mesh bracelet that had belonged to her grandmother, which her parents had engraved with her grandparents' wedding date for the occasion.

Jacobs wore the same three-piece suit his father had sported to his 1960s nuptials.

Very intresting since her character just had a baby on last nights episode. I love her character on Chuck so I am curious to see how this will play out. Chuck is the best show on T.V. If you aren't watching, you should be. :)

She was pregnant on the show, so had some practice with the big belly. Her character can be annoying.

Star? Her lines are pathetic and her character is so stupid one can't imagine how she ever became a doctor. I pity her for the role she is forced to play. The writing for this show has became so poor, we haven't even watched the last two episodes.
