Zsa Zsa's Daughter Fears for Her Mother's Fortune

Zsa Zsa Gabor's daughter Constance "Francesca" Hilton is preparing for an epic legal showdown with her stepfather, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, over her ailing mother's estate as the glamorous socialite-turned-actress finds herself in critical condition at an LA hospital.

"Frederic has put Zsa Zsa's Bel Air mansion on the market, but Francesca insists he has no right to sell the property," a family insider tells me. Why? "He signed a prenuptial agreement before marrying Gabor."

The 26-room property was built in 1955, reportedly by Howard Hughes, and Elvis lived there in the '60s. It was even the location of Zsa Zsa's ninth marriage, to Frederic himself, although today it's not in the greatest shape.

His royal highness wants a staggering $28 million for the property. He told TMZ, which proudly calls him "Prince von Ahole," that the house has become "too much of a headache" and that he's "sick and f**king tired" of paying $30,000 in monthly maintenance.

Frederic, who became titled when he was adult-adopted by a German princess in his 30s, even held a press event INSIDE the house and told everyone that he couldn't afford not to sell and had "already been inundated" with calls from interested buyers, many from China and Russia.

Not surprisingly, my family source says Zsa Zsa's only child does not trust her stepfather to handle her famous mother's finances and is particularly worried he will make legal moves to cut her out.

"Francesca has had a long and terrible relationship with her stepfather and is terrified that as her mother lies back in a hospital bed he will convince her to sign something that would leave her with nothing," the insider says. "She doesn't trust this man and is very worried about her mother."

Francesca is the star's only child. Her father was Zsa Zsa's second husband, the late hotelier Conrad Hilton.

Zsa Zsa was rushed to UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday after Frederic said she had started spitting up blood. He told reporters that she has another leg infection, horrific news that comes just two weeks after she had a portion of her right leg amputated.

Pray for Zsa Zsa and let's hope Frederic does the right thing.

mommy put a restraining order against daughter way back for stealing & writing bad checks. Daughter & "prince" never held a job. lol..he's tired of paying the 30k...Zsa pays the bills u man wh@r#.

Her husband caring for her???? Don't you think they have private duty nurses around the clock as well as maids etc. He was also a philanderer claiming to be Anna Nicole's babies father. Blood is thicker than water. The daughter deserves her mother's estate. I am sure that a will is in place & I know that the Gabor's were not idiots.

And you know that only he deals with her illness and not her daughter how? That is not what I read here. Her child loves her mother and its really not our business. More important this clown of a husband said he cheated on his wife and everything else. He also signed a pre nup. Makes him pretty much ineligible for her money and homes.

Why is it that anyone determines if someone is fit to receive money from a parent. Yes, they've been married a long time, but this is her daughter, the sole daughter of a much married woman. Why isn't she entitled? And even if she inherited from one parent, that doesn't negate the other. "Prince" has lived off of women for years, has behaved bizarrely in recent years, and may very we be limited by a prenup. Since when was Zsa Zsa known to ever GIVE anything away?

There are plenty of reasons to place everything on hold until it has been figured out. Fact that she was 70 when she married him and there being such an age difference adds to the scenario. Unless he has her POA he can't sell it anyway. I say where is the will and trust before you sell anything. Creditors will wait LOL and it is not the best time to sell anyway.

They need to let this poor woman go. I feel so bad for Zsa Zsa....he seems to want her around for something, and I think it's her money. Unfortunately since she's married to this loser her daughter really can't do a lot for her care; he is the next of kin.

No different than any other family.

New York, you are so right! I have a sister who is the same as Zsa Zsa's daughter...has no use for family unless there is money involved. IMO, neither one of them deserves anything except a swift kick in the rear.

Maybe he is a leech but the daughter sounds like a bigger one. Have not seen or heard about the daughter being round in the year her mother's health has been in decline while her husband has.. speaks volumes

He signed a "prenup", That is her only daughter so what difference do it make weather she works or not. She is worried about him doing away with her part, she has that right. He is not caring for Zsa Zsa he is waiting for her to die, any way he cheated on her so he says with Ana Nicole. He should get little to nothing. He wanted to be with Ana Nicole then he should get busy and do just that.
