Zsa Zsa's Daughter Fears for Her Mother's Fortune

Zsa Zsa Gabor's daughter Constance "Francesca" Hilton is preparing for an epic legal showdown with her stepfather, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, over her ailing mother's estate as the glamorous socialite-turned-actress finds herself in critical condition at an LA hospital.

"Frederic has put Zsa Zsa's Bel Air mansion on the market, but Francesca insists he has no right to sell the property," a family insider tells me. Why? "He signed a prenuptial agreement before marrying Gabor."

The 26-room property was built in 1955, reportedly by Howard Hughes, and Elvis lived there in the '60s. It was even the location of Zsa Zsa's ninth marriage, to Frederic himself, although today it's not in the greatest shape.

His royal highness wants a staggering $28 million for the property. He told TMZ, which proudly calls him "Prince von Ahole," that the house has become "too much of a headache" and that he's "sick and f**king tired" of paying $30,000 in monthly maintenance.

Frederic, who became titled when he was adult-adopted by a German princess in his 30s, even held a press event INSIDE the house and told everyone that he couldn't afford not to sell and had "already been inundated" with calls from interested buyers, many from China and Russia.

Not surprisingly, my family source says Zsa Zsa's only child does not trust her stepfather to handle her famous mother's finances and is particularly worried he will make legal moves to cut her out.

"Francesca has had a long and terrible relationship with her stepfather and is terrified that as her mother lies back in a hospital bed he will convince her to sign something that would leave her with nothing," the insider says. "She doesn't trust this man and is very worried about her mother."

Francesca is the star's only child. Her father was Zsa Zsa's second husband, the late hotelier Conrad Hilton.

Zsa Zsa was rushed to UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday after Frederic said she had started spitting up blood. He told reporters that she has another leg infection, horrific news that comes just two weeks after she had a portion of her right leg amputated.

Pray for Zsa Zsa and let's hope Frederic does the right thing.

I told my daughter...I am leaving my money to the people that are nice to me while I am alive and not neccessarily those that I am related too. She didn't like hearing that.

Hmm. It never reports that a "nurse" has rushed her to a hospital. Only that her "husband" finds her in a certain condition and has her rushed there. Has he made any new claims of fathering children from celebrities (alive or dead)? Yeah, he's counting the days and is cursing that she's continuing to hold on and not yet die.

There is nothing that says that the mother has to leave the daughter anything. This sense of entitlement just because she was born into money is nauseating, and she is not the first child of rich parentage to go down this path. Grow up and get on with earning your own living instead of trying to grab the money before this poor women is even gone.

Is anyone else out there as outraged as I am that a photo of Zsa Zsa sick in the ambulance was posted publicly? This has got to be illegal unless her power of attorney authorized it. The woman is dying and someone posted a picture of her like this? She is still beautiful but should not have her privacy invaded like this. As for the "Prince"...if he signed a prenup, there is going to be a royal battle for the money big time. What a disgusting shame it is starting even before she dies but if he put the house n the market already then its not a surprise.

I thought the same thing -- why publish (or take!) a picture of her like that -- she was always so careful with herself. It's just cruelty on top of cruelty. Same with that pic of the toilet tossed onto the hilltop. First place, who does stuff like that? Certainly not her!

Is this the same husband who held a press conference to announce that HE could possibly have been the father of Anna Nichole Smith's little girl? I think it is.
He's obviously delusional, opportunistic and an independent attorney should be appointed by the court to act as a moderator of the legal aspects.

He was adopted when he was 30 years old by a Princess. This "Prince" is a con-man if I ever saw one. Gee, sell your wife's home while she is in the hospital, you would think he would be more interested in being there for her right now rather than having a press conference to sell the home. Something is not right here....

Shady all the way around. If she's Conrad Hiltons' daughter, then she's already loaded and shouldnt be raising a stink over a few cents. She should be caring for her mother instead of making plans for her own inheritance. For goodness sakes, Zsa Zsa is still alive!

I don't care who gets the money!!! This poor woman is dying and no one seems to care! She has been very ill for a long time and for the doctors to amputate her leg at the age of 93 was neglect of the patient's rights! She has lived a long, exciting life. Let her go! The "Prince" and the daughter can duke it out for the rest....

I think whoever took the picture of the discarded toilet having been thrown down the hillside should also publish the name of the plumber or whoever did it! That is just lower than low. It's a lovely house in need of a lot of money. The Gabor sisters made one beautiful family. They were admired for their beauty and charm for many, many years.

I'd like to know who took this picture. (Dated August 11, 2010 filed photo shows actress Zsa Zsa Gabor lies in the back of an ambulance.) It is disgraceful to do this to a person who is so very ill without her consent. What about the "Hipaa privacy act?" She was in the back of an ambulance. The photographer should be charged.
