'Saturday Night Live' is in hot water this week thanks to a controversial skit it aired during last weekend's show.According to E! News, the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) is up in arms over a parodied commerical for a fake product called Once Daily Estro-Maxx, a pill designed to "give you all the sex-changing hormones you need."
Male 'SNL' cast members, including Bill Hader, are pictured as transgender women talking about their bodies and hormone levels.
"The piece was a mock commercial for estrogen replacement therapy and featured men with facial hair wearing dresses, meant to represent transgender women," GLAAD said in a statement. "This segment cannot be defended as 'just a joke' because there was no 'joke' to speak of."

I'll be GLAAD to get over it.

Really? Lighten up, GLAAD!

GLADD ....GET OVER IT !!!

Okay, that skit was funny and it's even funnier that GLAAD thinks they should get an apology. Seriously? That group needs to take a chill pill.

No, they should take Estro-Maxx!
@Boob....I agree. This snl skip was HILARIOUS!!!

Yes, "Don't Get Mad, Get Glad(d)!
Oh, SHUT UP and get a life! I am so sick of all these organizations having an opinion about anything so silly.

Shocker. GLAAD has no sense of humor, and needs to justify its relevance by attacking a dopey SNL skit.

Don't say Sorry I am gay and it didn't bother me. You guys had me on the floor laughing. I don't and will support GLAAD..

I had a great-aunt named Gay, which I think was a lovely name. Now, however.....when was this "gay" first used and why?

Hilarious skit! Maybe the GLADD Gays took too much Estro-Maxx this morning and feeling a tad too HORMONAL! No apology necessary!

The Estro-Maxx skit was funny. What is wrong with people that they can't step aside from their pet causes on a Saturday night and be entertained. It's not all about you, GLAAD! GLAAD does great work, but they need to work on their sense of humor. Does SNL make fun of people? Yes, of ALL people. So get over your self importance and join the rest of the world that gets mocked every week by the show. If it is okay to make fun of the president of the U.S., it is okay to make fun of the rest of us. What a bunch of sticks in the mud. Have they forgotten the word "hip?"

I'm sick and tired of people stopping me from laughing at something, the NormPhobics should all go back in their closets and take a deep breath and then try to be normal.
SNL Do Not Appologize you never did this when one of your programs made fun of the pope or christians. But don't do anything against muslim and normphobics.

Had a surfer chick paddle up and announce that she was "Gay". I replied that I was a pretty happy person myself. Her pick up try sank and she paddled off in a swearing huff about not being taken seriously. I was serious and that is GLAAD'S entire problem. It is always the world according to them.

One Word FUNNY .

I agree Boob. GLAAD should be GLAD that they are being treated equally, by being made fun of like any other group or person does on SNL.
