With her second album, '21,' already available in the U.K. and due Feb. 22 in the U.S., Adele dropped by Spinner's studios to tape a Sessions performance, in which she played several new songs and sat down with us for an in-depth interview.

Before we reveal the entire Sessions set and interview with the soul singer, we're posting a behind-the-scenes clip of Adele hanging out in the studio and taking pictures with fans. On top of that, we've posted a brief snippet from the interview at Spinner, in which she tells us about how she "never, ever bothered to dream about being a professional singer" and discusses her love of Etta James, Aretha Franklin and Billie Holliday. Watch the "Behind the Sessions" video below and head to AOL Music on Feb. 15 to watch Adele's performance.
