David Blaine and Fiancee Hitch a Ride on Snow Plow to Deliver Their New Baby

Magician David Blaine and his pregnant fiancee, French model Alizee Guinochet, had to hitch a ride on a snow plow after Guinochet went into labor last Wednesday, when transport and other services in New York were crippled due to a severe snow storm.
The
New York Post is reporting that when Guinochet, 24, went into labor, Blaine, 37, tried to find a taxi in vain. A source is quoted saying, "The doorman and people on the street tried to help him flag down a taxi. But there were absolutely no cars on the road."
The source also said that an increasingly agitated Blaine then tried to call several car services, but even after pleading of his dire situation, no services were available due to the storm.
Relief finally came in the form of a snow plow, which Blaine flagged down, and the driver gave the couple a ride to the hospital.
Guinochet gave birth to a healthy baby girl. The brand new parents are not yet revealing the name of the child, but a rep of the couple said that, "Mom and baby are doing fine."
The new baby girl is the first child for both Blaine and Guinochet.
Blaine and Guinochet got engaged in 2009 after dating for less than a year. And a source was quoted saying that, "they could not be more in love."

He should have done some hocus pocus and magically made her appear at the hospital!

That's gonna be one ugly kid.

Quite the opposite Ted.
Reportedly, the baby actually reached full term about 15 months ago, but began to film his first ABC special, "Trapped: The Tomb of the Womb". It should be out in a few weeks...

They could name the baby "plow"

Normal people would just dial 911

I feel very sorry for him and am glad that he did find a way to get to the hospital. I am glad the baby is fine and that nothing bad happened to them. In today's world times can be very tough during bad weather and some services are hard to get and a big hoorah for the plow man who took the time to help a person in need. If everyone would help someone in their time of need this place would be a better place for everyone.

I am glad he and his family are fine and that the plowman helped them and more people should be as helpful in time of a person's emergencies. Sincerely

Hey when the baby says its time than its time to go to the hospital. It's a smart idea to get help from a plow truck since they can get through mostly everything that ambulances couldn't do. Sometimes during this weather it takes them extra time because of them being careful and they have other more serious things to attend than child birth.

Well, looks like another person who grew up underpriviledged has gotten his "girlfriend/financee" pregnant and has had the baby without the benefit of marriage. He had plenty of time to wed the "financee", but supposedly couldn't work it into his "busy" schedule. Another fine example for our young to follow in his footsteps. The morals of the young are not there anymore and this country is going in the toilet for it.

You're disgusting and so is your screen name.
Long duck, YOU ARE SICK to even think about such a thing let alone saying it.
Longduck,,, I dont like name callers, I dont like to be one either. But you,, you, are one cold hearted person to write what you did. To even think it is horrible, but to actually write that down? I hope you are not around any children, ever.
