Kate Moss is Engaged to Rocker Boyfriend Jamie Hince

Supermodel Kate Moss is engaged to her boyfriend of over three years, 'The Kills' guitarist Jamie Hince.

The Sun reports that Hince, 40, proposed to Moss, 37, on Tuesday night in bed, with an expensive vintage 1920s engagement ring. Hince even went the traditional way of asking Moss' parents permission before he popped the question.

The couple intend to marry on July 2, with Moss' daughter Lila, 8, to be the main bridesmaid, according to reports. Lila's father is Dazed & Confused magazine co-founder Jefferson Hack.

Moss reportedly joked that she would be the most famous Kate to wed in 2011 and not Kate Middleton, who is engaged and set to wed Prince William on April 29.

A source is quoted saying, "Kate is delighted. Jamie is the man for her -- they are soul mates. She just wanted to make him work for her hand in marriage. He has been badgering her to get married, but she wanted to take her time."

The source goes on, "Over the last year they have grown so close, they are like man and wife. They're going to have the mother of all weddings. It will be a huge party, one of the biggest she has ever thrown -- and she's thrown a few."

Last year it was rumored that the couple had married, but the story was proved to be false.

Moss previously dated stars like Johnny Depp and Russell Brand. She was even engaged to troubled rocker Pete Doherty.
