The Situation Planning to Leave 'Jersey Shore'?

Uh-oh. MTV might soon have themselves a serious "Situation" on their hands.

According to E! Online, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is hoping to make the journey from Seaside Heights to Hollywood sooner rather than later.

"Hopefully by the end of the year, I'll be in a movie," said the 'Jersey Shore' star. "There's only so long you can rule the reality world."

"Maybe another year or so of reality, and then I'm gonna graduate to movies," said the former 'Dancing with the Stars' contestant. "It's like Michael Jordan. There's only so long you can keep winning them rings."

"You gotta move on and try something different," he continued. "I love to be on camera. I love performing. I love entertaining so movies is definitely the next step."

Hey, I certainly don't doubt the guy. He released a rap song about his famous washboard abs, wrote a book and made an estimated $5 million last year through his show salary, endorsement deals and public appearances. He's also survived three seasons of living with Snooki.

We're clearly buying whatever it is that he's selling, so who's to say he can't conquer the silver screen, too?

Is this "Situation" guy truly that arrogant, conceited, and delusional off-camera and out of the media? You know, in his real personal life? Or is he just perpetuating that image because it worked on a reality show? Just wondering. Either way, I suspect he has about as much acting ability as Paris Hilton did.

Umm, I'm not? I think the guy is a moron, who stumbled onto fame. He will fizzle out quickly, seeing as there's only so much anyone can take of him. He causes alot ofproblems on the show running around ratting people out and gossiping. He's such a chick! This seasons whole focus is on Sammi and Ronnie anyway, he seems pretty irrelevant.

If only this moron had talent! That is the reality, hence the reason he is on reality TV. Most people tune in to watch him make a fool of himself and are not disappointed by him or the rest of the cast. Why someone watches a second show is beyond me. I guess they like to feel superior which is easy with this cast of low lives.
