But Hollywood is nowhere near perfect, and every so often its peeps will make an off-color comment or reveal more than they intended to. We keep you informed of the most noteworthy Tinseltown talk with our weekly installment of Quips & Quotes.

Elton John made our week. Thanks to his latest rant about Hollywood and the so-called celebs taking it over, we've got the best lead-in to Quips & Quotes we've seen in a long time. Sure, we could have started our slideshow with Jennifer Aniston chatting babies with Ellen, or with Jimmy Kimmel publicly declaring he has Anderson Cooper's back, but where would the fun be in that? Sometimes, it's nice to let out our inner bitch. And for helping us do that, we have Sir Elton John to thank.

Yes! Elton John is just right. Who the F**k is Kim Kardashian? A no talent, no more than average someone who enjoy the stupidest media support. Lot of much more talented girls out there we will never hear about, but her. She is not even so sexy.
It is true, this type of shows with no quality whatsoever killing real celebrieties.

Kim does not sing, or dance, or act, the only thing she has is a beautiful body, and a pretty face, like millions of young women, so why they make her to be a celebrity?? Elton is got a point, who the f... is Kim Kardashian??

Reality TV has proliferated on television so much so that I can't stand watching TV anymore. Who wants to watch show after show about people who have severe drug habits, hoarders, overweight people, etc. Reality TV sucks. We want movies. We want entertainment. Not misery.

Right on, Elton! And I'm glad to see the other posters agreeing. This plague of "celebrities" is a swarm of poseurs who are now "famous for being famous". They are not actors or musicians, they are living examples of the recent populist phenomenon of people wanting to be stars for its own sake without actually doing or achieving anything to earn it. Blame the idiotic population of North America for sucking this s**t up like candy.

Thank you, Elton John!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You've said what is honest truth. As far as I can tell, the whole "clan" at present has one claim to fame ... step-daddy was a pretty well-known athlete. End of credentials.

Couldn't agree more on the non deserving pedestal reality t.v. has put their subjects on...I watch television shows to be informed or entertained . not to look at the poor attempts at making the public envious of a bunch of crap.....please, stop these shows that mean nothing....btw...hope I didn't offend fans of the national enquirer rags....

Elton nails it. He has more talent in his little finger than all these uber-reality dimwits could muster together. But those 1/3 of the obese Americans eat it up-after their meals.(maybe even during their meals)
