Is Zac Efron Dating Someone New?
In a magazine
interview last summer,
Zac Efron hinted at making the most of the dating scene, well before his December breakup with 'High School Musical' sweetheart
Vanessa Hudgens. And despite last month's rumors of
reconciliation, it seems the 'Charlie St. Cloud' star is determined to enjoy his single status, at least according to a new report that links Efron with Australian actress Teresa Palmer.
The 23-year-old actor got cozy with the blond beauty on Thursday night, according to
People.com. Efron reportedly accompanied Palmer, 24, to a screening of her new comedy 'Take Me Home Tonight' (co-starring Topher Grace and Anna Faris), and to the after-party in Los Angeles. Later, they moved on to Voyeur nightclub, where they were spotted smiling and flirting.
As solo guests, Palmer and Efron both attended the same Golden Globes party last month sponsored by InStyle. Neither actor's reps have confirmed they're dating.
Still, their presence at the after-party struck People.com's source as more than platonic. Says the tipster: "There was definitely some hand-holding...The two ate together and seemed really engaged in conversation. They seemed really into each other."
At the Hollywood hotspot Voyeur, that same night, a witness says that "Zac chatted with Teresa for awhile...She leaned in close so she could hear over the music...[And he was] smiling and slightly flirting with her. There was no overt PDA, but he was not shy about giving her leg the occasional touch."
Palmer's film career has been heating up, with appearances in last year's 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice' (co-starring Nicolas Cage) and the upcoming sci-fi drama from Michael Bay and Stephen Spielberg, 'I Am Number Four' (co-starring
Alex Pettyfer). Meanwhile, her film 'Take Me Home Tonight,' a raunchy comedy set in the '80s, is set to open March 4.

Of course he is. Why else would Tom Cruise junior be burning through so many girls. He should just Ricky Martin the situation and be done with it. It's not like he's THAT popular anyhow. High School Musical is SO past.
Zac who? Talk about out of sight out of mind. Ever since those Twilight boys came on the scene Zac has been a no show.

He looks great with that short hair and does good work in his acting. It's so par for the course these days that most men with good looks are all being thrown the "gayball" whether single, dating or married. Maybe we should all start accepting the fact that everyone is gay and that being straight is something to gossip about and laugh at. It seems to me the straight world has a huge divorce rate.

It's amazing on how all the so-called "pure minds" immediately go to something gay. Guess people are trying to say all people good looking are gay...then all straight/hetro's are ugly? And why are some people so concerned if persons can procreate? What about a hetro couple that doesn't want to have children? Aren't there enough unwanted babies on this planet?
Getting back to the subject, I wish him all the success with his career and new girlfriend. Hope the new one makes him happy!
