Kelsey and Camille Grammer Reach Deal in Divorce

Kelsey Grammer and his soon-to-be ex-wife, Camille, have put their differences aside long enough to begin proceedings on their divorce. A Los Angeles judge has approved the 'Frasier' star's motion to have his divorce from Camille, his wife of 13 years, finalized.

The 55-year-old actor, who had attempted to speed up the proceedings so he could marry his new love, 29-year-old Kayte Walsh, by the end of February, has come to a deal with Camille, allowing the judge to put the wheels in motion, according to TMZ.

The Grammers, who reportedly had no prenup, had been battling over their finances in the months since their separation, but have agreed to work out their money issues after their divorce is finalized.

Camille told the NY Post earlier this year of her husband's behavior, "I don't respect what he did to me and my family. I am not happy with the way it went down."

Despite her dismay over Kelsey's actions, both she and her estranged husband have agreed to sign and submit signed settlement papers to a judge by Thursday, in which Kelsey agrees to front $2 million in order to ensure Camille's interest in his pension.

Although their divorce has gotten messy in recent months, including Camille insinuating that her husband was a cross-dresser and Kelsey attempting to freeze assets from his ex, the waters have calmed slightly as of late, with Kelsey reportedly inviting Camille to his upcoming wedding.

Anybody who get's married 4 times is a freaking IDIOT. But thanks to kelsey being a desperate OLD MAN, who wants a woman young enough to be his daughter he will just end up paying out another big lump sum. I hope Camille get's paid big time.

Kelsey Grammer is definitely no angel and any woman may need a lot of self esteem to marry him, but Camille Grammer made one huge mistake, talked way too much. She married him during the Frasier days and lived in the lap of luxury, spent a lot of money too. Kelsey is a smart man, at any cost get rid of that woman she's bad news. I also wonder what she smokes?? If at all possible take away the kids from her, she only remembered when you wanted a divorce, all at once she had kids and family? what a money situation. Even then she didn't love Kelsey enough to carry thse kids. She's PORN and shows her arse to all but no not to her husband from himd she only wants the open wallet, what a HOE! You guys trash Camille like she is some kind of blood sucker. Is
marriage a joint partnership with joint responsibilities? Is it or is
it not? If she was married to that egotist for 13-14 years, and supported his
career 24/7, and raised his children, why shouldn't she get half of
what was earned during the years of their marriage? Why shouldn't
she? He did not ask for a pre-nup, so he obviously trusted her intentions. He
was happy to be the breadwinner, for her to stay at home and raise their children, so he
obviously wanted her to put her own career on hold for his. And yet you
call her a gold digger? Where's the fairness in that?
Then, Camille wakes up one day to find out that Kelsey's got himself a 20
year-old girlfriend, she's pregnant, and he couldn't care less about
his wife and family. He tells Camille, "Oh, get over it!" like she was yesterday's news.

I say Camille and his children did not deserve to
be thrown away like so much trash. He thinks he can just ditch one
family and start another one. Plus, any man who is on his fourth
marriage with a youngster has some seriously messed up things going on
in his head. I hope Camille gets everything she can from this irresponsible clown of a husband, continues to raise her children well, and doesn't look back.

I totally agree with Abbyj, and I guess people also don't realize that she helped him with drug recovery also. Kelsey was an addict when they met and she overlooked it and helped him stay sober and kick the cocaine. She stuck with him through thick and thin BEFORE they got married and I think that's why he felt like he didn't need a prenup. She also handled some of his business affairs while he was in rehab. I hope she finds love again and wish her well. I think Kelsey may end up divorced again. He doesn't seem like he's a very mature person for the way he handled the breakup of his marriage.
