Kelsey and Camille Grammer Reach Deal in Divorce

Kelsey Grammer and his soon-to-be ex-wife, Camille, have put their differences aside long enough to begin proceedings on their divorce. A Los Angeles judge has approved the 'Frasier' star's motion to have his divorce from Camille, his wife of 13 years, finalized.

The 55-year-old actor, who had attempted to speed up the proceedings so he could marry his new love, 29-year-old Kayte Walsh, by the end of February, has come to a deal with Camille, allowing the judge to put the wheels in motion, according to TMZ.

The Grammers, who reportedly had no prenup, had been battling over their finances in the months since their separation, but have agreed to work out their money issues after their divorce is finalized.

Camille told the NY Post earlier this year of her husband's behavior, "I don't respect what he did to me and my family. I am not happy with the way it went down."

Despite her dismay over Kelsey's actions, both she and her estranged husband have agreed to sign and submit signed settlement papers to a judge by Thursday, in which Kelsey agrees to front $2 million in order to ensure Camille's interest in his pension.

Although their divorce has gotten messy in recent months, including Camille insinuating that her husband was a cross-dresser and Kelsey attempting to freeze assets from his ex, the waters have calmed slightly as of late, with Kelsey reportedly inviting Camille to his upcoming wedding.

Becsuse she didn't earn it. To be fair, she should only get 1/4 of what he made during the 13 year marriage. Kelsey's got the talent not Camaille. I don't dislike Camaille, I understand her and I feel sorry sympathy for her, not good to lose your husband to another woman and younger one to boot. Maybe she will now find someone who apppreciates her sensuality and beauty, I do think there's a sensitive woman there. She needs a man who can fulfill her and will love her and not cheat on her. When she eluded to Kelsey's cross dressing, if it is true that would kill most marriages for sure. How could you feel fulfilled with a man who wants to dress like a female. Just strange.

wow ... you sure have their life wrong. Although NO one really knows what goes on in a family. BUT ... what WE DO KNOW IS THIS ..
1. she paid a surrogate to carry both children
2. She has "4" Nannies, so .. who raises the kids? NOT HER
3. She put HER CAREER on hold, oh yeah stripper, and porn star

And if any parent is REALLY unhappy then that makes for a terrible home for children, if he is a cheater, and Camille also KNEW that from day one, the kids are better off not watching it. JUST as, Camille is also terrible for stating he is a cross dresser, also things children NEED NEVER hear.

Kelsey DOES have problems, NO kidding, but ... Camille has very anti social personality disorder ... I TOTALLY agree with BOZEL above. Maybe that is why Kelsey has footed the bill for all 4 nannies .... LOL ... 4 nannies for 2 children ... what a loser of a mother. So sad.

Kelsey is not stupid, he evidently loved her enough to not want a prenup. That's how it should be. She will do well in the divorce and rightfully so after 13 years and they both move on......

Camille sisn't raise his children a slew of nannies did. Camille didn't want children. She paid a woman to have them for her. She didn't want to ruin her stripper figure. Camille did her share of screwing around with her personal trainer in LA.

Kelsey is an older man looking for a Spring fling! His new marriage will last a few years at best, and then he'll be on to another Spring fling. He's a disgusting man! I'm sorry for Camille, but most sorry for his children! Is this his idea of being a role model to them?? OMG!

And you know this how? Anyway, it doesn't matter. Kelsey doesn't want to raise two young children just as he is marrying a 29 year old. Under California law, Camille deserves half the money the two of them acquired during their marriage and I hope she gets it.

101 on her. He got an LA 10 and booted the LA 6 out the door. I think he did the right thing. Kelsey is worth 300Million plus thank the Frazer which he owns part of it. He will keep making big money. Cammille needs to get a Jobbie Job!

Hey Joe, no offense to Kelsey's new girlfriend but Camille is miles ahead of her on the "hot" scale. And you absolutely do not know if she is "sleeping" with the "tennis dude" or anyone else. And if Kelsey is really worth 300 million, Camille is about to get a large chunk of it or, at least, half of what he earned during the marriage.
