It seems like Michael Jackson's personal life will continue to be a publicized media affair when it comes to the details surrounding his death.CNN reports that a judge ruled Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician accused of involuntary manslaughter in the king of pop's death, will be tried in a court that allows approved television cameras. The judge also ordered that jury selection for the trial will begin March 24.
In January, Dr. Murray's medical license was suspended, and he was ordered to stand trial for the charge of involuntarily manslaughter. This happened only six days after more than 20 prosecution witnesses testified that Murray violated his duties as a medical professional by injecting Jackson with a surgical-grade anesthetic then failing to properly monitor him to see the effects of the drug.
The opening statements of Murray's trial are likely to be delivered during the first week of April, and the trial is expected to last about six weeks, according to the defense and prosecution.

Please, God, spare us from a Michael Jackson trial. We got quite enough over-kill from the OJ trial.
CERTAINLY, there is more worthy and useful news for a nation in trouble than to sensationalize a deceased entertainer, who had a host of personal issues.
Can we raise the Bar, please!

This is for bnmusing.
I think you are an idiot to disrespect Michael thinking the trial is not too necessary, you said he had personal issues, what about you? Are you perfect? I am sure you have more and millions of issues than Michael had, if you can't say anything positive just shut the hell up, Please? Michael did lots of Good things for people and he was one of the biggest entertainers the world has ever known, Get out of here. IDIOT.
Very simple fix for you: DON'T WATCH!
Media Sensationalism and nothing more! I doubt many including myself will watch the theatrics.

I am honest it will be cool and I will watch it

we don!t need to see the truth theres more to the story and the doctor needs to tell it even though it might hurt the family

I for one, will be watching it.
Condrad is a sorry individual, who deserves what ever may happen to him in the court room. This man is as crooked as anyone can be, and he is still working just up the road from me.
Its scarey that his kind of doctor, can do what he did, and still work as a doctor any where in this country but California.
This is not any kind of justice so far. I hope the man is found guilty, and goes to prison where he belongs.

I am looking forward to it, the man deserves to be in prison.
For any doctor to do what he did, I want to see justice on this one. Condrad is as crooked as anyone can get. All the things he did, and didnt do, will be interesting to see him try to dig his way out of this. There is not a judge in the world who will let him walk on this one. I hope Condrad is sweating and worried about it, as he deserves to be. And hes working today, as a doctor just up the road from where I live. This needs to end before he kills someone else.

I will tune in . I watch Michael Jackson videos and listen to his music everyday . He is the most talented , kind and creative person that we will see in our lifetime . Misunderstood and the target of those who wanted to make money off of him during most of his life made him into a recluse in his later years . Michael did not deserve this and Murray even admitted he had never done CPR before .The good doctor didn't even have the proper machines , as stated on the medicine bottle , to keep MJ alive . Murray deserves to be in jail a long time .

Don't see how family could hurt more than they already do. Lifetime of pain. Not crazy about TV trial. Wish family could have some form of privacy. Seems 2 constantly evade them. Will take alot 2 watch. Hard on loving fans 2. Michael, U are so loved, and missed. Praying 4 Conrad 2 meet doom. Justice only consolation.

I am a huge Micheal Jackson fan. I will be watching the trial. I want to see this man get what he deserves, even though, I don't think 4 years is enough. Anyone else would be getting the death penalty. If you ask me, that's what he deserves. But I guess that's just my thoughts. Long live the king. Michael I love you. RIP!!!!!!
