What Truce? 'Glee' Slams Lohan Again and Dina Is 'Hurt and Shocked'

EXCLUSIVE: Millions of 'Super Bowl'-watchers stuck to FOX last night to watch the blowout episode of 'Glee,' but no one was more surprised than Dina Lohan when guest star Katie Couric took a nasty swipe at her, calling the celeb mom and her dog losers.

"So much for the peace between the Lohan family and 'Glee,'" a family friend of Dina's told me after watching the episode.

If you need a refresher, the show just apologized for mocking Lindsay Lohan earlier this season. In the episode, Gwyneth Paltrow guest starred as a Spanish teacher and name-dropped the actress in a lesson, asking, "Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?"

"They are all a bunch of bullies," my source seethes. "Dina is hurt and shocked and hasn't done anything to deserve this constant teasing from this show."

For those who didn't see the episode, Sue Sylvester's competitive cheerleading stunt fails, and she is interviewed by Couric, thinking she was being named one of the "most fascinating people." Instead, she was part of a Barbara Walters-like segment being named "loser of the year."

Couric said that Sue beat out Dina and her fictional dog, Sparky Lohan, who Couric said was "also a loser." Ouch.

One person who agrees with 'Glee's' sentiments is [SURPRISE!] Lohan's ex-husband.

"As true as this might be, it is wrong," Michael Lohan tells me. "Dina deserves a lot worse of a title after all she has done to destroy the relationships with my kids and entire family."

Michael calls the people Dina surrounds herself with "the epitomes of losers."

I say enough is enough. Pick on someone your own size, 'Glee,' and you too, Katie!

Dina Lohan has gone way over the top in getting her kids publicity, even a reality show for a time. She is getting what she deserves. If you don't want the publicity, stop putting your hand out for it and the money that follows.

Haha that's pretty funny, I wish I would have seen the show. Dina is a way bigger jerk than Michael, however, if he says SHE surrounds herself with losers....then that is the pot calling the kettle orange!

Ah, yes. Katie, the failed serious journalist (and amazingly poor actor) taking swipes at people "beneath her."
An easy joke I guess. Poor writing can't be hidden by cheats like this.
Perhaps a better joke would have been "CBS Evening News with Katie Couric" which has been in the bottom ratings since Couric arrived.
But that might have hit too close too home.
Well, with Couric OK'ing these lines it probably won't be long before we hear her making fun of deformities, mental disabilities, maybe even women.
I remember how horrified she was that (ordinary) people didn't have their maids replace their bath towels every time they're used.
This might be South Park humor, but South Park tries to be witty.
They should have kept it to the dog joke.

this was HILARIOUS! this lady is a horrible mom from what i can see. if she was mine i'd slap her and tell her to grow up and instead of acting like she's 25. all i know is that my future spawn are not going to be anything like lindsey and if they are they'll get slapped or i'll ask someone to slap me. hahaha.. i love GLEE!

TV journalists have the biggest egos on our screens. Katie Couric, her ratings having nosedived thanks to the reentry of Diane Sawyer, is herself a loser (but to her credit, showed some chutzpah for mocking herself in the end) But... hey! bad publicity is still publicity, right??! Now, having flung herself into the very same outer limits along with Mel, Tiger and Dina, maybe we'll see them all joining Tonya Harding on that D-list, 4AM show for wash-ups.
