Jenny McCarthy Is Single Again

Jenny McCarthy is single after splitting from boyfriend Paul Krepelka, Life & Style reports.

"The long-distance thing proved too much for them, and they just mutually decided that it wasn't going to work," an insider close to Krepelka tells the magazine. Krepelka is a Massachusetts-based sports agent. "He didn't want to move to LA, and she certainly can't move to Boston. They're still friends; they just couldn't make it work."

McCarthy, 38, met Krepelka, 43, on a blind date. She recently told Ellen DeGeneres she was "really happy" in the relationship. The actress and former Playboy Playmate dated actor Jim Carrey for five years before things went sour in early 2010.

McCarthy and Krepelka's relationship went public in December 2010 after they smooched live on TV on New Year's Eve. She told Ellen in January, "His accent is so strong, it's like 'Good Will Hunting' strong, that I really can't understand anything he says to me. He could've proposed to me, and I could've said yes by now and I have no idea."

Could 'Millionaire Matchmaker' Patti Stanger have known the romance was heading south? She told PopEater last week Jenny McCarthy would appear on the new season after all.

Is anyone surprised that "Jenny is single?" She goes through men like folks go through toilet paper. She is too full of herself to be with a man ... I'm sure she thinks none of them are good enough for her. Don't feel sorry for her - she's a survivor. Just think how many TV talk shows she has been on telling the world how wonderful she is? I normally don't respond to these things but the bottom line is: WHO CARES??

Of course the guy would not move to LA! WHY WOULD HE? TO THE MEN WHO THINK SHE IS HOT..GET OVER YOURSELVES. SHE WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK ONCE AT ANY OF YOU. That man was SMART. He saw the writing on the wall and did not go there. I mean why would he move to be dumped my Ms.SKANK AS* herself once she grew tired of the relationship. HE WAS SMART. SHE IS STUPID. Jenny McCarthy is focused on her son and his disease....no one will ever be her husband without the dedication she faces...more power to her for pursuing her beliefs and the research into the disease. I do wish her the best and that of her son, but alot of men won't put up with the consequences of the disease as a part of their lives. And, to that I do wish her well
