It's a good thing Lindsay Lohan looks good in orange because the starlet might soon be rocking a one-colored prison get-up and adding yet another mugshot to her pre-existing collection. According to TMZ, the troubled actress will be charged with felony grand theft on Wednesday for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach, Calif., jewelry store.

Lindsay will be arraigned at 1:30PM at Airport Court in Los Angeles. She must be present for the hearing. TMZ's sources claim the 24-year-old will not be handcuffed and paraded in front of cameras on Wednesday before her arraignment. Instead, the 'Mean Girls' star will simply surrender to the court when she shows up for her arraignment.

If convicted, LiLo could be sent to a California state prison with a maximum sentence of three years behind bars. She's currently on supervised probation for a past drunk driving conviction, and the judge overseeing her case told her in October that she would be sent to jail for 180 days if she violated her probation rules before her next court appearance, which is set for Feb. 25.
