Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman Reach Divorce AgreementAfter months of living together despite their separation, Christina Aguilera and her estranged husband have reached an agreement in their divorce.

RadarOnline.com reports that Jordan Bratman, Aguilera's soon-to-be ex-husband, has signed the documents that will allow the courts to grant the couple a divorce.

Aguilera and Bratman, who first announced their separation in October, have cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for breaking up their five-year union. The documents submitted by Bratman reveal the pair have come to an agreement over the distribution of their property and finances.

While Aguilera has allegedly moved on with 'Burlesque' assistant Matthew Rutler, she says that the pain of her divorce is still fresh, telling Redbook, "It's not easy, and there have been a lot of tears and sadness."
