I am trying to think of a more self-destructive celeb than Lohan. None right now, but Mike Tyson was terrible. Darryl Strawberry. Mel Gibson, but even his ex, Danny Glover and a bunch of his black friends said he’s fine, but if he has one drink, he’ll have 30. Severe alcohol problem. No alcohol, no problems. You’d think he’d figure it out that he can’t drink. Lesser known, but Vinnie Vincent, guitarist for KISS in the early ‘80s was so destructive. Simmons and Stanley said, “You could give that guy a new Rolls Royce and he’d cut his wrists with the keys. The most self-destructive person ever, and he is so talented.” Other than Lohan and her poor excuse for a mom, she is pathetically destructive.
I also can't believe she's not in jail. It's just so obvious that she is and Charlie Sheen are getting Preferential treatment that it's disgusting. Lohan and Charlie can snort coke off the judge's desk during court and the judge will not say anything. Both Lohan and Sheen know this by now. Such a sad situation.

Lindsay should have been arrested immediately and I agree with the statement that celebrities are treated differently. My intro to the "justice system" was a conviction of a crime I didn't do. I went home thinking I had won the case only to get a call from my attorney saying, "You've been convicted." Now, they want me to perform Jury Duty. I will never vote to convict anyone again.
