Lindsay Lohan's Mom Isn't Worried: 'God Has a Plan'

EXCLUSIVE: Linday Lohan got another huge break yesterday when a judge admonished the star's almost chronic use of bad judgment, then decided against sending her to jail for breaking probation, telling her that if she skirts the law again, "Things will be different." But Lohan's mom tells me there's a higher power at work here, and that her daughter is thankful for another chance.

"All good. God has a big plan," Dina Lohan tells me, and although I'm sure God has slightly more important matters to deal with, it's nice to know Lindsay thinks He's on her side.

LA Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz revoked Lindsay's probation for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store on Jan. 22, to which the 'Mean Girl' star's lawyer entered a plea of not guilty.

Bail was set at $40,000 -- $20,000 for the charge, and another $20,000 for the possible probation violation. Her next hearing is scheduled for Feb. 23.

Lohan's father, Michael, told me last week that he firmly believes the episode at Kamofie & Co. on Jan. 22 was one big "ridiculous" misunderstanding.

Misunderstanding or not, Judge Scwartz was not amused at the arraignment on Wednesday and gave Lohan a verbal a**-whupping.

"You're in a different situation now that a felony has been filed against you ... If you violate the law, I will remand you and set no bail," the blunt Schwartz told Lindsay. "You're no different than anyone else, so please don't push your luck, because I'm telling you, things will be different."

Let's hope Lindsay is listening; even if God's on your side you have to obey the laws.

Oh, I'm not worried, either. God's plan is going to go like this:

Blohan does something stupid and/or illegal.
Blohan struts into court in ho-bag fashions.
Looks spaced out while getting tsk-tsked by judge, who says "and this time I mean it! Next time, I'm sending you to your room! I mean it! You're getting just one more chance! One more chance, and I am so serious!"
Blohan struts out, cameras and paps going schizo.

Repeat as needed.

See, God really does look out for idiots.

I am so tired of celebrities such as Lohan & Charlie Sheen who apparently think that they can outrageously behave in public and get away with it. The ordinary person would be in the slammer posthaste not 84 minutes in jail as Lohan experienced. Poor thing. But--what can be expected of a person when they have losers for parents. Dana Lohan's remark that God has a plan for her daughter is the ultimate of ignorance. Lindsay is able to keep her name in public with her immoral behavior adn this will result in a book/movie down the road. Let us read about celebrities who are doing postive things for our society.

CA has the worst system ever.......death row is a joke and if they had such a good system lindsey and hilton and the rest of the rich trouble makers would be thrown in jail and told..."your money is a waste here yo broke the law one to many times" instead they keep getting slapped on the wrist and sent out to do more tv shows movies and so on it is a joke and really USA would be better off without CA.
