Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves could barely keep their hands off each other backstage at the Heart Truth Red Dress fashion show. The 'Ghosts of Girlfriends Past' actor kept showering his partner with kisses all night long as she prepared to walk the runway."The two looked madly in love. They kept kissing and laughing all evening," a source backstage tells PopEater. "It was Camila's night to shine. Matthew proudly stood by her side and happily played the supporting role."
The pair, who have two children together, son Levi and daughter Vida, reportedly took a break to have a big evening out alone together.
Right before the show started, McConaughey took his seat in the front row next to Bill Rancic, who was there supporting wife Giuliana Rancic. As Alves flowed down the runway in a sexy, asymmetrical gown by KaufmanFranco, the actor proudly looked on, beaming with a big smile while snapping a few photos.

His weird little ship has sailed and nobody cares about anything he does. His little boy is so pitifully ugly, looks like his mama, and the jury is out on the baby girl. Everyone knew he was weird when he announced he is a nudist who never wears deodrant who always appears hype and a little ADD. Whatever, he never impressed me.
