Miley Cyrus has already proven she's a major TV draw with recently wrapped hit 'Hannah Montana,' and now the 18-year-old is returning to the small screen as the host of 'Saturday Night Live.'PEOPLE reports that Cyrus will host the late-night variety show, which often parodies her in sketches, on March 5. Despite Cyrus' hit music career, she will not serve as the musical guest on the episode she hosts.
The former Disney star, whose salvia-smoking video shocked fans earlier this year, may show viewers an edgier side when she takes to the 'SNL' stage in March. Cyrus recently told Marie Claire of her less-than-wholesome behavior, "I've always said, 'I'm gonna make mistakes.' I know this. And I think that that is one of the reasons why people related to me."

Miley Cyrus...bleh. She was funny on Hannah Montana when it first started. As it went on, she became WAY less funny, WAY more stupid, and the show got progressively worse. I don't know any adults who ever found her funny or understood how anyone else (even kids and "tweens") could be amused by her. Oh well. It is what it is, but I won't be watching this episode.

You don't know any adults who like her? You don't know very many adults then....I am an adult, a mature one in fact, and I think she is talented and lovely, as do most of my friends. I think she could do better choosing her friends because a real friend wouldn't be filming her and selling it to the paparazi. She is only 18 and made a bad decision to do the bong thing but she didn't do pot or any illegal substance. It wasn't smart what she did do but I sure would hate for the world to be informed of all the stupid choices I made in the 70's when I was that age! How about the rest of you? How would you like all your bad decisions plastered around in the media?!?!

She may be showing an "edgier side" (YIKES!!!)! ...how far is she going to take her "edginess"? She's already done two very provacative CD's where she is barely dressed/covered up and is bumping & grinding & what about that pole dance performance she did at the Teen Choice Awards when she was still 17 years old? This girl is I am sorry to see (and say) closely following in the footsteps of Lindsay Lohan. They both even have that VERY deep raspy voice going on!

You know I get tired of people feeling the need to bash Miley. Of course she makes mistakes and I have a secret for you......so do YOU. We all do. To bad mouth her when she is so talented and cute is just childish. I am an adult........have been for a long time and I'm a grandma. Miley is my favorite singer along with her Dad and I think Billy Ray is awesome. Why bother to say something if you can't say something nice????
