Ryan Seacrest asked how Brand was able to make it to the Grammys to Perry's side. He thanked Orville and Wilbur Wright for inventing a "flying train."

Perhaps instead of an airplane, he could have used his wife's fluffy, white wings. Perry told Seacrest that Armani had offered to dress the trio, but stopped short of admitting that the designer had also had his hand in her feathery accessories.

During another year, Perry's wings might have been a wild highlight. But this year, she had to contend with Lady Gaga's egg and Rihanna's layered see-through Gaultier.
