Charlie Sheen Drug Free for Two Weeks, Gives Anti-Drug Advice to College Students

Looks like
Charlie Sheen's rehab at home is working out for him.
TMZ reports that the 'Two and a Half Men' actor passed two drug tests since he began his in-home rehab, one taken on Sunday morning and the other one taken last week.
The troubled 45-year-old is currently being
treated by a sober coach who comes to Sheen's multimillion-dollar Los Angeles mansion. "He is at home now, and those close to him are trying to get him to enter a facility," a source said. "But he doesn't think he has a problem."
TMZ also reported that Sheen got a standing ovation last week after he delivered an
anti-drug speech to the UCLA baseball team. His advice was simple, "Stay off the crack. Drink a chocolate milk."
After being hospitalized Jan. 27 for
severe abdominal pains, Sheen claimed he had a hernia. Insiders and the tapes of the 911 call that sent Sheen to the hospital indicate, however, that the actor was finishing up a 36-hour bender, which included a suitcase filled with bricks of cocaine delivered to his hotel room.
Last week, Sheen was finally
granted a divorce from his long-estranged wife Brooke Mueller. He has also agreed to pay a portion of the crew's salaries for the time they're out of work.
This was done after it was reported that the show's crew members were "furious" with Sheen for addictions halting the show's production, As one worker reportedly said, "A lot of us do not get paid, if we don't work. So if he's off getting rehab or porn-o-ing or whatever, we're screwed."

When aunt Thelma found religion, she went on a preaching bender that lasted the rest of her life.
Maybe Charlie's onto something. Give him a chance.
Actually kristine - It takes way longer than that. I'd say 10 years. At this point he's only a smug s.o.b. who has his paint brush out trying to paint the world white. As if that's going to cover all his sins.

you right. the other term is "90 day wonder!"
The problem I have with the article is when he says he doesn't think he has a problem. That's a sure sign he will be right back at it. I hope he proves me wrong.

I know-all of a sudden he's an authority on kicking his addiction-oh but excuse me he doesn't have a problem. Within a couple of months he'll be back to his old ways-his PR firm is working overtime for damage control now.

He doesn't think he has a problem? Well, thats problem #1 right there. Problem #2, he's sober after only a couple of weeks, I don't think so. That's nice that he is paying the crews salaries, lets see how long that goes for.

two weeks and he is giving advice? That's baloney. He is still denying he doesn't have a problem and that says it all to me. Hint for Charlie... I am an alcoholic".

Charlie, needs to shut up for once in his life and humble himself and realize he can not stay sober alone. He needs help, he doesnt knwo how to live sober. Therefore he must surround himself with people who know how to do it . Or he will fail !!

the first step to getting health and off the drugs/alcohol is admitting that you have a problem and need help. Until he does that he will continue to be what he is - a loser!!

He is dry, not in recovery. There is a difference. When he is sober 2 years, he can start giving advice.
