Kate Hudson Shows Off Baby Bump at Grammys

Kate Hudson showed up to the Grammys Sunday night to support boyfriend-rocker Matt Bellamy, and she wasn't shy about showing off her growing belly, according to Us Magazine.

Hudson attended the star-studded event with beau Bellamy, whose band, Muse, performed and later won Best Rock Album. The couple are expecting their first child together later this year.

The duo, who have been quite private regarding their relationship, were uncharacteristically affectionate as they cuddled in their seats before the show began, and Hudson even posed for photos to show off her baby bump. She also caught up with friend Nicole Kidman, who was with her country crooner husband Keith Urban.

When it was time for Bellamy to take the stage to accept his band's award, the singer gave a shout out to his baby mama-to-be.

"I'd like to give a special thanks to my beautiful pregnant girlfriend over there," he said during his acceptance speech, careful not to mention her by name.

News of Hudson's surprise pregnancy broke last month. Engagement rumors began making the rounds shortly after, though the actress was quick to deny them.

"I don't like putting that sort of pressure on it," she told 'The Graham Norton Show' about her relationship with Bellamy. "I don't feel it necessary to get married ... I am 31, I already have one child and one divorce, so it is not necessarily the golden ticket. I just want to be happy."

The couple's new arrival later this year will join Hudson's son Ryder, 7, with ex-husband Chris Robinson, singer for The Black Crowes.

Yea, because single motherhood is sooooo glam, not to mention how cool it is for a child to wake up in a house with only one parent and lots of paid staff to take care of him/her. Catch that sarcasm everyone? And don't call me a bible thumper... I'm an Atheist. I could care less if if were 2 loving gay parents, as long as a child has 2 loving people there for him/her every day, not just holidays and weekends.

I agree. I'm an atheist too and support gay marriage.
It's easy to financial support a child when you are rich...for everyone else they need to reconsider before having a kid.

you took the words out of my mouth. I find nothing endearing about her pregancy. She has been through so many men, and to get pregnant by someone she is just dating is sad in this day and age. I could understand if they were engaged or something more serious, and his speech was awkward.

Morals certainly have deteriorated during the past years in the entertainment business. Not a good role model for our own children who we want to raise to be responsible people. This kind of conduct is simply disgusting. Kate Hudson has been bedding down it seems on a regular basis with one guy after another. What kind of relationships are those? A good relationship takes time and should be based on mutual respect. Yelling from a public state "my pregnant girlfriend" is not respect. That is something else and this won't last either. No wonder these kids grow up so messed up. Imagine what theirs will grow up like. Very sad...

I have whiplash from trying to keep track of all of Kate Hudson's boyfriends. She seems to be in love with every single one of them....what about the baseball player? I thought they were getting married or something. Ha...well congratulations Kate I think.

....people have such negative views of celebrities nowadays, its seems they bounce in and out of love, marriages, etc. like they do a new dress. How much happier they would be if they would date long term, use birth control then after three or four years when they pretty much know the other then marry. These quickie relationships never work.

She has a right to smile & be happy. If only her smiling didn't seem so put-on phony ...
