A police report filed last Friday alleges former child star Frankie Muniz got into an intense fight with girlfriend Elycia Turnbow during which he put a gun to his head and punched her, TMZ.com reports. But just days later, Muniz's rep released a statement that said the gun didn't play a part in the argument and that he never hit Turnbow.

The statement said: "Frankie and Elycia had an argument a few days ago. The police were called to the residence. A gun played no part in the argument and was voluntarily given to the police for safekeeping.

"There were no bruises and neither left the residence. He was not suicidal. She was not assaulted. They have been together since the incident; are still together and are moving forward with their lives and with their relationship," it concluded.

In the police report filed Friday, Turnbow claimed the 'Malcom in the Middle' star "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide." She became worried and called one of his band mates to take him to the hospital.
