'Jersey Shore' Star Angelina 'Would Love' Snooki and JWoww to be Her Bridesmaids

Angelina Pivarnick engaged to boyfriend David Kovacs

On Wednesday, former 'Jersey Shore' star Angelina Pivarnick got engaged when her boyfriend, David Kovacs, popped the question on the red carpet at a New York Fashion Week event. With cameras rolling, he presented her with a platinum, 2.5-carat ring.

Pivarnick left 'Jersey Shore,' but confirmed she would return to reality TV if it featured her upcoming nuptials. "That would be awesome!" Pivarnick told PopEater at the Indashio fashion show on Wednesday. "I'm used to the cameras, so I wouldn't mind that."

As for a wedding date, Kovacs revealed he'd like to get married by the end of the year but knows it is ultimately up to the bride.

When asked if her 'Jersey Shore' co-stars Snooki and JWoww would be bridesmaids, Pivarnick smirked and said, "That would be awesome. I would love it."

The couple, who are both originally from Staten Island, have been friends for several years but confirmed they have only been dating two months and currently live together in Midtown Manhattan.

Pivarnick's celebrity booker friend Johnny Donovan convinced Kovacs to put a ring on it while the cameras were all rolling. "Yes, I'm the mastermind behind it all," Donovan tells us. "I'm glad to be a part of this happy day."

Kovacs, who reveals he's only watched one episode of 'Jersey Shore,' admits he was very anxious about the proposal. "It was nerve-wrecking ... I was so nervous. I even dropped the ring!" Kovacs said. "But she said 'Yes,' so I'm one lucky man."
