Vanessa Hudgens Gets New Tattoo in New York City

Vanessa Hudgens may have perfected her squeaky clean image during her Disney days, but the actress is showing fans a different side with a new addition to her look.

The 22-year-old 'High School Musical' star was snapped at New York City's East Side Ink getting a tattoo on her neck.

RadarOnline reports that Hudgens had her work done by tattoo artist BangBang, who has inked fellow celebs Rihanna, Katy Perry, Chris Brown and Eve.

So what did she get? Check out Vanessa's tattoo after the jump.

The actress, who stars in 'Watchmen' director Zach Snyder's upcoming 'Sucker Punch,' had a feminine butterfly design put close to the nape of her neck.

Hudgens also sports a colorful butterfly on her right shoulder blade.

Tattoos are not a problem and are easily concealed for movie roles...She's a big girl and can do what she wants. I think they are kinda sexy myself.

most men I know find it trashy when a woman puts a tattoo on her neck,yet several women I also know don't see a problem with it.odd you would think that you would not want to disgust the opposite sex with such poor judgement

Its not even like they stay pretty for long. The ink fades real fast and unless you are constantly up on it, it eventually looks like a faded blue-black blotch. When I think of tattoo, I think of an old sailor with a bunch of faded ones up and down his arms. I've seen a couple men with tribal tattoos on their upper arms that was sexy, but I have never seen one on a woman where I thought it was sexy. To each his own.

Number one she is over 18 and it's her body it's her choice. Number two I've taken a ton of professional stage/move make up courses in college and you can always cover up a tat.
