Vanessa Hudgens Gets New Tattoo in New York City

Vanessa Hudgens may have perfected her squeaky clean image during her Disney days, but the actress is showing fans a different side with a new addition to her look.

The 22-year-old 'High School Musical' star was snapped at New York City's East Side Ink getting a tattoo on her neck.

RadarOnline reports that Hudgens had her work done by tattoo artist BangBang, who has inked fellow celebs Rihanna, Katy Perry, Chris Brown and Eve.

So what did she get? Check out Vanessa's tattoo after the jump.

The actress, who stars in 'Watchmen' director Zach Snyder's upcoming 'Sucker Punch,' had a feminine butterfly design put close to the nape of her neck.

Hudgens also sports a colorful butterfly on her right shoulder blade.

Well Vanessa Hudgens is growing up again right before our eyes! Getting ink happens to a lot of people and that's her choice! Personally I hate to see it done in an open space because I feel she's going to have some parts in TV & movies! But hopefully with today's was of cover up it will be done! What a dumb bunny! A few years ago I put up butterfly wallpaper in my daughter's bathroom. At the time, she LOVED butterflies, but it wasn't two years before she HATED them and couldn't wait to rip down that tacky crap! Luckily we could. Why on earth do people want to permanently link themselves to an image with body ink? Vanessa Hudgins will never be able to rip down her tacky crap! Can't wait to see all these tattoos when people hit middle age and beyond!

There is nothing wrong with a 22 year old girl getting a tattoo. Shes not stupid she knows it permanent. And there is no one in this world other than herself that can make a decision like a tattoo. Get over it. And for all the Idiots out there, A tramp stamp is on your lower back! So if your going to talk crap, at least make sure you know what your talking about!!

I'll admit that i'm from a different time and place; however, i find tattoos barely tolerable on a male, and totally disgusting on a female. Something tells me that many of these young women will end up having severe regret over grossing out their body by inking it up.

Anyone who gets a tattoo either has poor impulse control or no long term cognative ability. All that BS about "artists" getting tattoo's is just wrong.A real artist is always growing and changing, they don't want to be stale boring and static. Tattoo's are permanent, no possibility of change.
