The 22-year-old 'High School Musical' star was snapped at New York City's East Side Ink getting a tattoo on her neck.
RadarOnline reports that Hudgens had her work done by tattoo artist BangBang, who has inked fellow celebs

Trashy, trashy, trashy. Ummmm, who's that plastic surgeon that removed Mark Walberg's trashy tatoos?

Nothing turns me off from an otherwise lovely woman more than a tattoo especially on areas of their body that they wouldn't expose in public but did for some stranger to do his needle work; it's like giving a voyer license to lear.

I like Vanessa's tattoo.
No matter what anyone else thinks, it's her body, her business and no one elses.
I can't see that it makes any difference who you are, if you want a tat, get a tat.

I have tattoos.
I love them.
They make you unique.
They make you original.
They also piss off uptight snobs..that's what I love most.

When "everyone" else has one you're not so unique are you?
ALL tattoos on women are TRAMP STAMPS!!

Young girls think they look rebellious and cool.. to me they just look stupid and immature--sort of like Angelina Jolie. When I see a tatooed 40-year old mom at my son's little league games I just laugh and notice how ridiculous they look...

Granted, I dont think women should get tattoos on their arms or above their shoulders, but they in no way are trashy. I myself have 5 so far, and plan on getting more. I have one on my shoulder, mickey mouse with my sons name under it, one on my other shoulder with a flaming rose, I have my moms birth sign and her name in it that I got shortly after her death. I have tinkerbell on my foot, which was her favorite disney character, and a "tramp stamp". It is the sun and moon with stars, which mean to me that my mom is a star in the sky, watching over me day and night. Do those sound trashy to you? If so, get a clue, they are sentimental. If you dont like tattoos, its simple, dont get one!

A Pity that you feel so lacking....
Im lacking? Youre funny. I think all of you high and mighty people bashing Vanessa and others for getting tattoos are pretty trashy and closed minded and will clearly never look beneath the surface the person because they dont like a personal piece of expression. That makes you clearly lacking and a sad example of how archaeic some members of society continue to be. Its the year 2011, stop living in the 50's. Oh, and tattoos can be covered up should the need arise, its called AIRBRUSHING!!! Go back under your rock.
Sadly, more people these days have tatoos than those who do not, which means of course, in their zeal to be "unique" they are the followers. Does anyone not see what these tatoos look like on old saggy skin? Hideous sagging birds and butterflies and all sorts of unrecognizeable images filled with wrinkles

Squeaky clean image? Her nude cell phone pics have been all over the next for at least 3 years. A tatoo does suit her. LOL!

I got a teenie rose tat on my shoulder 35 years ago. I regret it. So glad it was not in a spot that can be seen now. Don't do it silly girls! Especially in a spot that will be seen years from now.
