Colin Firth has starred opposite many beautiful actresses in his film career. So during his appearance on 'Piers Morgan Tonight,' Morgan asked his fellow Brit if he enjoys filming love scenes.
"I like the idea of them," Firth conceded, but then added that the cameras and the crew take away from the experience.
"If Scarlett Johansson is laying there, I could probably deal with a few cameras," Morgan quipped. "I'd like the cameras to record the moment ... for posterity." Watch video of Firth on 'Piers Morgan Tonight' after the jump.
"It's an odd experience to say the least," Firth explained. "I remember ... an old veteran of [love scenes] telling me ... you will only enjoy love scenes, erotically ... if you have an extraordinary capacity to shut out the witnesses mentally, or if you enjoy the witnesses."
While Firth seemed genuinely ambivalent about doing love scenes, one has to figure most actors have "enjoy the witnesses" personality types. Which is reason 1,037 why movie stars have it better than the rest of us.

Charlie Sheen is worried about supporting his family after making 2 Mill an episode. Heck, one episode and most of us would be set for life!
